With the rapid development of the knowledge, technology and economic, it was greatly deepen and expand the connotation and denotation of the hospital management innovation, especially proposed the new requirements and challenges to the private hospitals focusing on quality of service management innovation in the knowledge economy and information age. The reform of medical system continues to explore and depth, making the social function of private hospitals in the market economy environment increasingly broadened. Ferce competition in domestic and international medical market bring the great threat and pressure to the development and its market competitiveness inof the modern private hospital in China after WTO accession. For considering these environmental impacts, the domestic private hospital only strive to improve their own innovate management ability to conform the demands of the times to gain a sustainable development. Therefore, the study of this question has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the hospital management innovation, from meaning and characteristics of the hospital management innovation, extending to the content and methods, and analyse the coupling between the hospital core competitiveness and management innovation as well as the foreign hospital management modes and experiences. And then analyze the current situation and problems of domestic private hospital management; Subsequently in the light of the hospital management innovation theory research, make measures for the development of the domestic private hospital management innovation; Finally, based on the conclusions of the above study, Nanchang hospital hospital was chosen as an case in order to the studies of the management innovation, provide a reference for the similar domestic private hospital to study the management innovation. In this paper, the structure is divided into six chapters. Chapter1is an introduction; Chapter2is the theoretical basis of hospital management innovation; Chapter3is the analysis for domestic private hospital management; Chapter4is the innovative measures within the private hospital management; Chapter5is W Hospital of management innovation case studies; Chapter6is conclusion and outlook.Through the analysis of the present situation of the domestic private hospital management, found that domestic private hospital is affected by the short history of the establishment of the hospital, lack of fund, the weak link of technological innovation as well as the scarcity of management experience, therefore management innovation show that management behaviour is not standardized, innovation awareness is not strong and management system and mechanism is not perfect. This article analyze the measures of the theoretical definition from the three levels of innovation management concept, innovation management mode and innovation management mechanism, then propose specific measures combined with the actual problems. this paper from the case study of W hospital management innovation found that W hospital formed a management innovation policy, with the characteristic of develop expert systems, carry out academic exchanges as well as alternative development features. Simultaneously the hospital still need strengthen research cooperation and carry out social marketing to improve the hospital core competitiveness. |
