With economic development, our society increasingly high demand for medical conditions and improve their own quality, improve management level, become the urgent task. Hospital only to provide people with quality and efficient health care products and services, but also to adapt to the needs of national health reform, and actively participate in the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market. Therefore, in the new hospital management system, how the hospital system, to improve core competitiveness of the hospital, is a hospital management a top priority.At present, the hospital face many questions, such as low management level, low performance and lack of innovation, which has been the breakthrough to our study. The analysis of the core competitiveness of the hospital have great significance in improving the system structure and to deepen hospital service and marketability.Facing these questions, this paper make TOWS analysis and summarizes the existing problems. By combining the AHP method and the technical analysis of SPSS, the article is about to find the influence factors of hospital competition from cultural and personnel, service, social responsibility, the innovation mechanism and external environment,etc and propose suggestions to promote the core competitiveness.The 21st century is high-tech era, the era of competition.Increasing competition among the organizations depends on organizational core competencies. There are many effecting factors for organization's core competencies. Such as internal factors, external environment, national policies and guidelines, and so on.As a special organization, hospital's performance need to be analysis in qualitative and quantitative. Establishment of the hospital's performance evaluation index system is very meaningful for evaluation of hospitals and accuracy of the intensity.1. Based on integration of the literature, this paper found that the analysis of the hospital's core competitiveness morely focused on performance analysis and management.With the status of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University, we analysis the hospital's core competencies and the recommendations to improve the organization's core competencies.2. Through the above analysis, we see that some elements of core competence are too simple, but and some are lack of empirical analysis.Further verification and validation of the factors that affect the competitive advantage of the hospital has some academic value to structure the hospital's competitiveness system.In addition, this study enriches the hospital's human resource management theory and discusses the effective the theory of hospital management in the specific application.This not only has some reference value for the development of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University , but also for other levels of hospitals.
