Study On The Construction And Improvement Of Local Health Supervision System

With the improvement of people's living standard,the pursuit of health is also growing.The problems in the field of health in China,such as the total amount of health resources is insufficient,the structure is unreasonable,and the distribution is unbalanced,put forward higher requirements for the construction of public health service system in China.Health supervision system as an important part of the public health system,strengthening the construction of the health supervision system and establishing a strict and standardized comprehensive supervision system,is an important guarantee to promote the modernization of medical and health governance system and governance capacity.This paper introduces the research background,ideas,theoretical basis,related concepts of health supervision system construction and the necessity of research.By means of literature browsing,field investigation and data collection,the paperanalyzes the construction of health supervision system of health and family planning supervision institutions in Wulanchabu City,and finds that there are some problems,such as the disunity of organization nature,unreasonable allocation of health supervision resources,inadequate implementation of health supervision functions,incomplete information construction of health supervision and imperfect construction of health supervision coordination service system,etc.Through semi-qualitative interviews with key insiders,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems,which may include inaccurate positioning of health supervision institutions,lack of human and material resources for health supervision,imperfect comprehensive health and family planning supervision system,inadequate performance of government public health functions,and imperfect public health legal system.From the perspective of the theory of public management,this paper puts forward some suggestions to clarify the positioning of health supervision institutions,reasonably allocate health supervision resources,rationalize the comprehensive supervision system of health and family planning,strengthen the role of grass-roots cooperative management services,and innovate the supervision mode of health and family planning.This paper describes the problems in the construction of health supervision system in Wulanchabu City,analyzes the causes and puts forward countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for further deepening the system reform and establishing a comprehensive health and family planning supervision system.
