Study On The Construction Of Health Supervision System In Tongliao City

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the important task of“Promoting the construction of a healthy China in an all-round way”.However,in recent years,plague,coronavirus pneumonia and other infectious disease constantly threaten people’s health,so building a safe public health system has become an important task.Public Health Supervision is an important part of the public health system and a key line of Defense to supervise and guard the public health work order according to law.Therefore,strengthening the construction of public health supervision system is of far-reaching significance to improve people’s health and realize the outline of“Healthy China2030” plan.Based on an overview of concepts and theories related to public health supervision,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of resource allocation and performance of public health supervision system in Tongliao.By using the methods of field investigation and data analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the construction of the department,such as insufficient resources guarantee,low efficiency of law enforcement,backward information construction,insufficient role of coordination at the grass-roots level,and inadequate implementation of comprehensive supervision system After digging into the causes of the problem and learning from the successful experience of the construction of advanced public health supervision system,five countermeasures were put forward to strengthen resource guarantee,perfect system and mechanism,fill up short board of informationization,drive health coordination at the grass-roots level,and promote the implementation of comprehensive supervision system,to provide feasible suggestions for the construction of public health supervision system in Tongliao.
