The essence of student practice is teaching activities and an important link of practical teaching.Internships are essential for students in secondary health schools. In recent years, the state attaches great importance to secondary vocational education, and has issued a series of regulations.Influenced by national policies, the number of students enrolled in secondary vocational health schools has increased, and the difficulty of internship management has continued to increase. After the outbreak of the epidemic, the state allowed more secondary vocational schools to enroll medical and nursing students, and secondary vocational schools are facing enormous pressure and challenges. At present, medical colleges and undergraduate colleges implement decentralized practice and independent practice, but secondary vocational schools are more suitable for centralized practice, and the research on centralized practice management in secondary vocational schools is still at a weak stage.Research on the centralized practice management of students in secondary vocational health schools is conducive to improving the effect of internship management in secondary vocational health schools, and is conducive to improving the level of school running of secondary vocational health schools. The education system is important. This study observed and interviewed a number of practice management participants, including 33 hospital practice management leaders,30 intern team leaders,17 practice leading teachers,26 landlords, and 8 hospital dormitory staff. The school-medical cooperation of secondary vocational health schools is in a cooperative relationship, and the cooperative relationship between the two is unstable. On the basis of fully sorting out the context of the practice management in secondary vocational health schools, combined with the actual situation of practice management in secondary vocational health schools, this paper compiles the "Intern Questionnaire Survey" from four aspects: student professional learning, hospital management, interns self-management,and school management.A survey of 770 interns in School D,through data analysis, found that in the above four dimensions,in addition to the short pre-job training time in hospital management,in other dimensions, students’ self-ratings were generally better, but there were also certain differences. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, combined with in-depth interviews and observation methods, from the perspective of the participants in the practice management, the current situation of the students’ centralized practice management was discussed. On the basis of analyzing the current situation, this study analyzes and summarizes the problems and causes of centralized practice management of students in secondary vocational schools. The main problems that exist are: unstable cooperation between schools and doctors,non-standard management of interns in hospitals, insufficient self-management ability of students, lack of professional instructors in school management, neglect of students’ personality development, accommodation management and other problems. These problems are mainly caused by the hospital’s lack of attention to practice teaching, neglect of practice management, the lack of school’s own strength, the low overall quality of interns, the lack of teachers’ management experience, and the lack of internship funds. Finally, this paper proposes improvement measures from three aspects: hospital management, student self-management,and school management.By strengthening the construction of the school-medical cooperation and communication mechanism, improving the construction of the hospital intern management system, improving the construction of the school practice management system, and constructing a "five-in-one" comprehensive management model, the effect of students’ centralized practice management has been continuously improved.
