In2009, our country started the third round of medical reform, and issued "onthe opinions of the deepening medical and health system reform". Public hospitals inthe increasingly fierce competition in the medical treatment right now, how to useperformance appraisal management tools to improve their survival and developmentability, to survive in the fierce competition and maintain the characteristics of publichospitals is the hospital administrators should pay attention to, the key problems arediscussed.Public hospitals is an important component of community health service inChina, how to better solve the problem of hospital, for the populace reflects the socialcommonweal public hospital positioning is one of the most important aspects of thepublic hospital performance evaluation. Under the condition of market economy,public hospital performance evaluation not only to economic efficiency and theresults as the only goal of performance appraisal, and in the realization of socialpublic welfare of public hospitals should be conducted on the basis of comprehensiveperformance evaluation. This article through to the province of tertiary public hospitalF hospital performance evaluation, on the basis of analysis and research, this paperprobes into the problems of public hospital performance evaluation and analysis of thecauses, and on the basis of strengthening public hospital performance evaluationmeasures.First chapter, mainly introduces the research background, this paper studies thepurpose, significance and the present situation of the performance appraisalmanagement at home and abroad, and on this basis to determine the institute usedtheoretical tools and methods, this paper puts forward the innovation of the paper.The second chapter, from the historical evolution of F hospital, personnel postsand other basic situation, from the staff about the present situation of F hospitalperformance appraisal system, department, hospital were discussed, performance-compensation, etc.The third chapter, mainly for F hospital performance evaluation researchquestionnaire design, and the research results on the performance appraisal system, the classification of satisfaction, feedback the result analysisThe fourth chapter, on the basis of front research summarizes the problemsexisting in the hospital performance appraisal F: performance appraisal public welfareorientation is not obvious, the related evaluation index system is not scientific andspecialization of performance appraisal, performance appraisal feedback mechanismis not sound. The cause of these problems is the understanding of performanceappraisal is not enough comprehensive, performance appraisal propaganda work doesnot reach the designated position, leading importance is not enough.The fifth chapter, puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the hospitalperformance appraisal F advice: outstanding public welfare F hospital performanceappraisal of positioning; To strengthen hospital F leadership’s emphasis onperformance appraisal; Establish a perfect F hospital performance evaluationindicators system; To strengthen the construction of a contingent of professional Fhospital performance evaluation; F the hospital performance appraisal feedbackmechanism.
