BACKGROUNDClinical nursing teaching is the center link of the socialization and professional education to the students, which plays an important role in the deepening and continuating of classroom teaching. While the teaching body is the major force that drives its development. The key point of enhancing the clinical teaching quality is the construction of a high level, high quality, and high ability teaching faculty.《The China nursing career development plan outline (2011-2015)》 printed by the ministry of health in December2011pointed that, by2015, the whole nurses’team, nurses’ college degree or above should be not less than60%; and Level3hospitals, the nurse college degree or above shall not be less than80%.This showed that there will be expanded rapidly of nursing team in the next few years, and with the increasingly attention of higher nursing education, nursing undergraduate will be building highlight important. The quality of clinical nursing teaching will directly impact on the quality of the work after the undergraduates enters clinical. Excellent clinical nursing teachers is the decision factors to maintain good teaching environment, and ensure the quality of clinical nursing teaching. It’s a great significance of building the qualification and evaluation system of clinical nursing teachers of nursing undergraduates to regulate clinical nursing teaching management, and guarantee the higher nursing clinical teaching quality. OBJECTIVE1. Constructing the teachers’ qualification standard can provide clinical nursing teachers of nursing undergraduates with evidents, and ensure the high quality of nursing education.2. Constructing the teachers’comprehensive evaluation method can check clinical nursing teachers regularly, and promote overall teaching quality.METHODSBased on the literature review and the experts interviews, designed the expert questionnaire of qualification and evaluation system. Select21experts of related fields, after two rounds expert consultation, elected61indicators preliminarily. Expert questionnaire consists of four parts:the selected conditions, the training method, the qualification authentication and evaluation. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight at all levels, establish undergraduate nursing clinical teaching teacher qualification assessment system. In this foundation forms self-assessment questionnaire of clinical teaching teacher of nursing undergraduates, which used to survey65clinical teachers from3armour hospital to inspect the reliability and validity.In the study, describing statistics was used to analyze demographic constitution of experts. Mean and coefficient of variance was used to describe the experts’opinion of the importance of the item; and coefficient of Kendall’s W, percentage of questionnaire received and the authority degree of experts were used to examine the reliability and representation of expert consultation. In the three questionnaires, the internal consistency of questionnaire was examined by calculating Cronbach alpha; construct validity was evaluated by factor analysis and correlation analysis. The data was analyzed by using statistical package SPSS13.0and Excel2007.RESULTS1. Reliability and Consistency of the Expert ConsultationThe experts come from four medical university and five hospitals. Involves clinical nursing and nursing management, nursing education three fields, and has a good subject representative and area representative.8experts from clinical nurse specialists;7experts from the nursing education field;6experts from nursing management;12(57.14%) experts have undergraduate degrees,9(42.86%)of them have master’s or higher educational level;17(81.40%) experts have20years or above working experience.The reliability of the results judged by experts of active coefficient; authorities degree; experts advice such as coordination degree index measure. The two rounds of survey of recovery rate was91.30%,90.91%. General experts thought Cr quartile0.70as acceptable reliability, the research experts coefficient is0.911, so experts forecast is based on practical experiences and theoretical basis. The second round of the experts coordination coefficient is0.347, statistics test P value which is0.000, with statistical significance, explain the experts coordinated, and consulting the results may take.2. The establishment of evaluation index system and index weightBased on the importance of Likert5point’s method (Likert5-scale) assignment, alternative index levels which divided into5levels. Through the experts investigation, to the second round of the importance of index write at all levels to assign a value> duration of3.75and the coefficient of variation of<0.2for screening standards, the final establishment of index system. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) principle to build hierarchical structure model, adopt two two relative importance evaluation, sure Satty scale, structure judgment matrix, through the rad method to calculate and determine the index weight logical consistency inspection. The results showed that the index all meet at various levels logical consistency requirements, and calculate the probability multiplication principle at all levels of the index weight combination. Management system in the election of the conditions, the nurse a practice certificate of the weight is0.403, the degree of the weight is0.221, the weight of fixed number of year of the job is0.153, participate in clinical teaching enthusiasm and ability of the weight is0.103, the title of the weight is0.074, the papers published the weight is0.046; The examination index, professional attitude, clinical nursing level, nursing teaching ability of the weight of all is0.269, interpersonal relations the weight is0.154, and nurse scientific research weight of just0.039, although weight is low, but as an undergraduate of clinical teaching teacher, scientific research ability of the indispensable development is still one of the most important indicators.3. Management rules and the establishment of index systemCombined the Delphi method and AHP, we finally established the teacher’s qualificational management regulations and management system which contains four primary indexes:select conditions, qualification authentication, training methods and evaluation. The selection of conditions including the following six second-level indexes:the nurse a practice certificate, education background, professional title, clinical working years, published, participation in clinical teaching enthusiasm and ability. Training means has3second-level indexes:a series of lectures, watching teaching, spoken. Evaluation including5second-level indexes and30item level, the secondary indexes for:professional attitude, clinical nursing level, nursing teaching ability, nursing scientific research ability, human relations. The authentication institutions for province nursing association, the hospital nurses nursing departments and the institutions of higher learning, the authentication fixed number of year for three years.4. Testing review questionnaires of nursing clinical teachersIn nursing undergraduate clinical teaching teacher qualification management system set up, and on the basis of clinical teaching form teacher from review of65teachers and questionnaire investigation, this questionnaire krona Bach a coefficient is0.945, high reliability, explain the examination between entries has good internal consistency.
