“We will deepen the reform of the medical and health system,comprehensively establish the basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics,the medical security system and the quality and efficient medical and health service system,improve the modern hospital management system,and strengthen the primary medical and health service system and the co nstruction of the contingent of general practitioners.” the report said.This is the fundamental principle of the reform and development of China's medical and health undertakings.At the same time,it is a key work of China's new medical reform to carry out the signing of family doctors.Family doctors not only meet the individual and diversified health needs of residents,but also promote the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in China.Wafangdian has started the signing of family doctors since 2015.With the passage of time,the status of signing of family doctors has been improved year by year,and the leading power of the government has been gradually increased.However,the overall development is relatively slow,and there are few advanced points for promotion and reference,and there is still a large gap compared with the advanced provinces and cities.This paper uses literature survey,interview and questionnaire to sort out the domestic and foreign family doctor signing model;summarizes the overall situation and exploration process of the family doctor signing service in Wafangdian;uses statistical analysis to analyze the implementation of the family doctor signing service in Wafangdian and its impact on medical and health services.At the same time,in view of the unreasonable distribution of medical resources,the low awareness of family doctors,the inflexible mechanism of talent introduction and training,the lack of information platform for family doctors' signing services,the in-depth analysis is carried out to improve the quality of family doctors' signing services,local hierarchical diagnosis and treatment services and regional health care system in Wafangdian department construction provides a new perspective.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as optimizing the resource allocation,improving the overall promotion plan,improving the talent introduction and training mechanism,accelerating the construction of information platform which can be used to strengthen the public service function of primary medical and health institutions,promote the sinking of medical resources,effectively divert patients,and improve the service ability of primary medical institutions significance.
