Research On The Status Of Family Doctor Signing Service In Yanhu District, Yuncheng

The nineteen party put forward the implementation of the national health strategy,strengthen the national health policy,provide the people with a full range of full cycle health services,and strengthen the basic medical and health service system and general practitioner team construction.As the health "gatekeeper" of grassroots people,family doctors can more accurately dock and meet the needs of multi-level,diversified and individualized people,at the same time also play an important role for promoting the classification diagnosis and treatment.China has preliminarily established a family doctor contract service policy system with Chinese characteristics,which is constantly improving the institutional system and improving the service capacity.Shanxi has also attached great importance to the contracted services of family doctors.In primary health care institutions,some achievements have been made in the establishment of contracted service teams,service contents,payment provisions,assessment and incentives.But on the whole,the development of contracted services of family doctors in primary health care institutions in Shanxi is relatively slow.There is less experience to popularize and replicate,and the gap between them is quite large compared with those in developed provinces or cities.In this paper,through analyzing the domestic and foreign literature,investigation,questionnaire and other methods,Yanhu District,Yuncheng family physician system implementation,security mechanism,the team building of interviews,signing of non residents,has signed residents and family doctors conducted a questionnaire survey research.It is found that the problems of family doctor service are mainly the cognition of residents' cognition of family doctor's signing service,the low initiative of residents,the imperfect incentive and assessment mechanism,and the lack ofservice ability of family doctors.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,interview content,found the family doctor service is the main problem of the residents of the connotation of family physician cognitive bias,the residents signed the low motivation,trust the signing of the family doctor;increase the staff workload,basic medical and health institutions increased work pressure,work enthusiasm is not high.The reason mainly includes the national level for the lack of basic medical and health institutions of policy,funding,not the model established by the general practitioner training personnel;basic medical and health institutions of family doctors incentive mechanism has not been established,lack of professionals,training is not enough;on the residents,lack of awareness of family physician,no many aspects of health management etc..To solve these problems,we put forward countermeasures to optimize service connotation,improve service ability and level,strengthen the construction of family doctor team,mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff,enhance attractiveness and strengthen policy support.
