Research On The Implementation Of Family Doctor Signing Service

Family doctor contract service is a kind of health responsibility management service.Family doctors are the healthy "gatekeepers" of residents.According to the general deployment and requirements of deepening the reform of the medical and health system,it is an important measure to carry out the contract service of the family doctors,which will help to promote the shift of the center of medical and health work and the downfall of the resources,that is,to let all the people of our country enjoy the family doctor service.In April 2017,Jinshui District of Zhengzhou took the lead in the five District Community Health Service Center,and signed the contract work of family doctors in the area.Through the five way community health service center to carry out the general practitioner team service,the residents' health archives network management,the jurisdiction of the community health service model innovation,for the residents to provide convenient service,first visit visit service,comprehensive service.Since there is no unified service model and standard for signing service for family doctors in Zhengzhou,the implementation effect of the five road community health service center in the implementation of the contract service is not ideal.Therefore,this paper is based on the guidance of the seven ministries and commissions,such as the State Council,on accelerating the promotion of family doctors' signing service,and focusing on the overall requirements for promoting the classification and setting up a reasonable and orderly medical order and environment,and fully drawing on the family doctor signing services at home and abroad,such as the UK,Cuba,Shanghai and Xiamen.Through the use of literature research,normative research and empirical research,the present situation of family doctor team construction in the five road community health service center of Jinshui District is deeply analyzed.For the health management service,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the five road community health service center in the implementation of the contract service,analyzes the reasons for the problem,and then puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the development of the signing service work of the family doctors in the community health service centers of the Jinshui District.Through this study,we should further innovate the work mode of community health service,make clear that family doctors focus on human centered,face to family and community,in order to maintain and promote the overall health as the direction,provide long-term reservation service,active service and door-to-door service for the residents,and follow the trend of health development in Zhengzhou city..The results of the study will provide important practical data for the promotion of family doctors' signing service work,and can effectively promote the shift of the center of medical and health work and the sink of resources,and provide a reference for the realization of primary and classification diagnosis and treatment at the grass-roots level.
