Study On The Service Management Of Ningyang In Baotou,Inner Mongolia

Health is one of the important prerequisites for the survival and development of human society.Every citizen has the right to enjoy basic medical services.In recent years,the incidence of cancer in our country is increasing,the realistic need of hospice care is also increasing;China's traditional culture has a strong concept of "rebirth and death aversion",and the society generally avoids the problems related to death,and still applies the traditional treatment to the life that has been irreversible intentionally or unintentionally,which brings great pressure to the limited medical resources.Hospice care is an important issue that cannot be ignored for everyone,but the development of hospice care in China is relatively slow.Currently,the hospice care model with the best operation and the greatest influence in China is the hospice home established by li ka-shing foundation.Starting from the current strategic needs of "healthy China",this study focuses on the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,and focuses on the realistic needs of patients with advanced poverty and cancer pain.This paper mainly USES literature research method and comparative research method to analyze and study the current situation of ning Yang service in baotou city,based on the specific practice of ning Yang service in baotou city.With the new public service theory,maslow's hierarchy of needs,welfare pluralism theory as a guide,the integrated use of management,psychology,sociology and other related policies and regulations knowledge,found existing in the development of baotou city ning nursing services inadequate government support,better raise propaganda does not reach the designated position,lack of resources integration,lack of professional talents;Further analysis of the causes of the above problems mainly include the backward economic development level,imperfect laws and regulations,the influence of traditional concepts and the implementation of the relevant policies of Mongolian traditional medicine.Combined with the above reasons,this study try to strengthen the government's support and management,strengthening the positive guiding public opinion,strengthen professional personnel training,play advantage of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional culture,explore mode to promote the development of better long-term nursing services,to promote better nursing services and hospice career in long-term development in the region.In the process of data collection in this study,it was found that in recent years,the incidence of tumor patients and the number of patients with advanced cancer in poverty and other data in baotou city have not been statistically relevant,indicating that hospice care and hospice care services have not received the due attention.This is the most inadequate part of this study,and it is also the original intention of this study.At the same time,it is expected to arouse the attention of the government,the society and relevant departments to hospice care and hospice care services,respect life,and contribute to the realization of people's happy and healthy life.
