[Objective]To Construction of hospice care outcome quality evaluation indexes based on Harmony Nursing Theory, analyze its scientificity and clinical applicability, and provide a basis for objectively evaluating the quality of hospice care service.[Methods]1.This study took the theory of harmonious nursing as the theoretical basis, and combined with the literature research method and the qualitative research method, initially constructed the quality evaluation index index pool of hospice care outcome.2.In conjunction with Delphi’s expert correspondence method,20 experts were asked to rate the "importance" of the indicators, and experts were asked to propose amendments. Then, according to the results of expert consultation, the quality evaluation index of hospice care outcome is finally determined, and the weight of the index is calculated.3.According to the theory of service quality gap,the quality evaluation index of hospice care results based on harmonious nursing theory is made into a questionnaire, the quality of service of different medical institutions is empirically investigated, and the letter efficiency of questionnaire is measured by Cronbach’s coefficient and exploratory factor analysis.[Results]1.The initially indexes incuding four aspects: physical, psychological, social, and spiritual, among which there are 4 grade Ⅰ indexes,9 grade Ⅱ indexes and 31 grade Ⅲ indexes.2.Two rounds of consultations were conducted. The coefficient of judgment, the degree of familiarity and the authority coefficient of experts are 0.889,0.856 and0.877,respectively.The Kendall’s coefficient for each level is 0.234(P < 0.05)、0.247(P<0.001)、0.129(P<0.001)with statistical significance. The final indexes incuding four aspects: physical, psychological, social, and spiritual, among which there are grade Ⅰ indexes,9 grade Ⅱ indexes and 30 grade Ⅲ indexes.3.A total of 81 questionnaires were effectively recovered in this study, and it was tested that the confidence index of the questionnaire,Cronbach’s coefficient is 0.756,and the questionnaire had good internal consistency and stability..Questionnaire content I-CVIis 0.789 to 1.000,and the consistent S-CVI is 0.953.The KMO value of the questionnaire was 0.667(P<0.001).and the cumulative variance contribution rate by exploratory factor analysis is 70.855% >50%,and the load coefficient of each dimension factor was >0.4.Finally,the quality evaluation index of hospice care outcome with 26 entries was formed.4.The survey of the quality of hospice care service outcomes in the medical institutions surveyed showed that the perceived expectation difference of all entries was between-0.40 and 0.64,of which the value of SQ >0 had 13.In addition, the average overall satisfaction of all questionnaires was 89.98 per cent. The above results show that the quality of hospice care outcomes in current health service institutions can be rated as moderately superior, and some service items need to be improved.[Conclusion]1.The quality evaluation index of palliative care outcome is based on literature research and in-depth qualitative interviews with patients with care,so this study has a good theoretical basis and practical significance.2.Each correspondence expert comes from the authoritative field and coordinates well,so the research has a high authority and scientific nature. The study makes a professional analysis from the four dimensions of hospice care, and proves that this study can provide reference for hospice care service institutions in evaluating the quality of outcomes.3.The evaluation index after clinical testing good efficiency, can well reflect the medical institutions hospice care service outcome quality of the status quo,so this evaluation index can provide a scientific objective and credible basis for the evaluation and management of the quality of hospice care institutions.
