Research On Urban Palliative Care Service

Hospice care in the modern sense is a kind of hospice service concept that respects life and cares for the needs of life.Corresponding services are specific practices that provide medical treatment,nursing,psychological counseling,funeral care and death education for patients at the end of life and their families.As the "last mile" of the whole cycle health service from cradle to heaven,hospice care service is not only the embodiment of a good death of the deceased,but also the practical comfort of parting,as well as an important way to promote the harmonious construction of society.The government,institutions,families and individuals all face the problems of how to realize the dignity of dying patients,how to promote the self-healing and functional recovery of families,and how to guarantee high-quality and efficient end-life services.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to promote the research and practice of hospice care and improve the quality of hospice care service as the aging population gradually deeps.In this paper,hospice care services as the research object,literature and text analysis,interview as the main research methods.Firstly,we review the origin and concept of hospice care,as well as the research on hospice function,service demand and supply by relevant scholars.Secondly,this article selects 7 N city home hospice care pilot unit for a total of 21 patients,14 families and 41 hospice care service provider as the research object,according to different main body,the classification for patients,families,and institutions of the three level,analyze the present situation of hospice care service supply and demand and hospice care functions and services of the relationship between supply and demand.On this basis,this article focuses on the contradiction of supply and demand to the hospice care service,embodied in: the patients with the contradiction between the demand and institutional resources integration,family needs and the contradiction between the agency service mode,the contradiction between the supporting system and the actual execution,reflects the deep reasons behind it problem is analyzed.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve hospice care services in China: Future should emphasize strengthening the leading of the government,to mobilize social forces to actively participate in,clear diversified service main body,play a role of family support,and gradually establish a multi-level,integrated services network,the final effective implementation for each individual patients and a group of hospice care patients hospice care quality and efficient services.
