Research On The Treatment Characteristics Of Linzhengyianbiji By Li Jianyi

Objective Through the review of the life data of Li Jianyi,a famous doctor in Fujian Province,and the study of more than 140 medical cases in LinzhengYianBiji,this paper summarizes the clinical treatment characteristics of Li Jianyi.In order to better inherit and develop its treatment characteristics,improve the clinical skills of clinicians.Methods In the process of research,this paper uses literature survey,comparative research,inductive analysis,text analysis,case analysis,etc.to comprehensively sort out the medical cases included in LinzhengYianBiji.Through the analysis of individual cases and the comparison between medical cases,this paper summarizes the treatment characteristics of Li Jianyi from the aspects of clinical diagnosis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,prescription selection,and treatment after recovery recorded in LinzhengYianBiji.Conclusion Through the systematic study and analysis of more than 140 medical cases in Li Jianyi's LinzhengYianBiji,the characteristics of Li Jianyi's clinical treatment are summarized.Li Jianyi is good at the treatment of pox,plague,cholera and other infectious diseases.It is recommended to treat pox eruption by stages,pay attention to Qi and blood in each period of treatment,and pay attention to the spleen and stomach in the middle focus.In the process of treating plague patients,more than 20 times of addition and subtraction of luozhiyuan Jiedu Huoxue Decoction were added and subtracted.Finally,Eryi Jiedu decoction was formed and traditional Chinese medicine preparations were innovated,and Eryi Jiedu injection was developed,which achieved good clinical effect.In addition,we should pay attention to both cold and heat treatment for cholera.Li Jianyi is good at using gypsum and rhubarb to treat high fever caused by infectious diseases or dizziness caused by Yangming fever.In the clinical treatment,we are good at the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,medicine and food,pay attention to patients' psychological guidance and other treatment methods,in order to achieve better results.Li Jianyi attached great importance to gynecology,and added and subtracted several prescriptions.In addition,Li Jianyi believes that trust is the link to maintain the relationship between doctors and patients,and the premise to achieve therapeutic effect.
