Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Characteristics Of Prescription

Objective: Relying on the statistical analysis of data,combined with the releva nt literature and books,to summarize and expand the research on the syndrome typ e,treatment,prescription and medication characteristics of traditional Chinese medicin e for chronic hepatitis B.Improving the theoretical understanding and clinical diagno sis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in traditional Chinese medicine.Improve the conversion rate of HBeAg in chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods: Based on the “V2.2 of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform”,a database of prescription medicines for chronic hepatitis B treatment was constructed,and effective prescriptions for chronic hepatitis B treatment by modern doctors were entered into the database,and a data system with functions such as search,query and screening was established.Based on the database,the data mining technology is used to make an in-depth analysis of the diagnosis and treatment experience of chronic hepatitis B and the characteristics of compatible drugs.Screening prescriptions that can eliminate chronic hepatitis B poisonous evil,and at the same time explore the Ethnic medicine for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and initially summarize the characteristics of the Ethnic medicine for chronic hepatitis B.Results: Statistical analysis shows that there are 109 syndrome types of chronic hepatitis B,and the common chronic hepatitis B syndrome types are damp heat syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,wet poison syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome 5 syndrome types.A total of 106 specific treatments were obtained through statistical analysis.The five common treatments are clearing away heat and removing dampness,removing liver and spleen,clearing away heat and dampness,removing liver and regulating qi,nourishing yin and detoxifying,and clearing.The properties of the traditional Chinese medicines used in the four qi are slightly cold,and the properties of the traditional Chinese medicines used in the five flavors are bitter drugs,and the properties of the traditional Chinese medicinesused in the attribution are Liver Meridian.Frequently used drugs have the functions of clearing away heat and detoxifying,choleretic and yellowing,clearing away heat and cooling blood,soothing liver and relieving depression,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.The unique ethnic medicines have good curative effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Representatives include Tibetan medicine,Mongolian medicine,Yao medicine and Miao medicine.The results of the statistical analysis of the compatibility of the prescriptions show that the drug composition with a high frequency of drug-pair combinations is Xiaoyaosan.Conclusion: Chronic hepatitis B syndromes vary in various types,and the relationship between “Xie Qi” and “Zheng Qi” should be closely linked to distinguish between cold and heat.Some traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine have unique advantages in treating chronic hepatitis B.Combination therapy is an effective treatment for chronic hepatitis B,Improving the healthy atmosphere of chronic hepatitis B patients and activating the immune response of chronic hepatitis B patients is the focus of treatment.
