| ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of Jiawei Erchen decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with phlegm dampness blocking lung type community acquired pneumonia,this paper objectively evaluates its effectiveness and provides a more effective treatment for clinical treatment of phlegm dampness blocking lung type elderly community acquired pneumonia.MethodA total of 72 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases in each group.1 control group:moxifloxacin combined with ambroxol treatment;2 treatment group:based on the control group,combined with Jiawei Erchen decoction treatment.The clinical efficacy of Jiawei Erchen decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in elderly patients with phlegm-dampness obstructive pulmonary disease by observing the TCM syndrome score,lung signs,lung CT、white blood cells,neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein,report outcome scale and doctor’s report outcome scale.Result1.Comprehensive efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.12%,8 1.82%,respectively,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group and the control group was 97.06% and90.91%,respectively,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndromes after treatment: after treatment,the scores and total scores of each syndrome in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of cough,sputum,shortness of breath,anorexia,epigastric distention or abdominal distension syndrome and total score(P<0.05).4.Laboratory examination and comparison after treatment: after treatment,the percentage of white blood cells,neutrophils and C-reactive proteins in the two groups decreased,compared with before treatment(P<0.05).the degree of decline of the indicators in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of lung CT after treatment: the total effective rate of lung shadow absorption in the two groups was 79.41% and 72.73%,respectively.after statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the degree of pulmonary inflammatory exudation.6.Report outcome scale comparison of patients with pneumonia after treatment: after treatment,the scores of disease symptom field and health satisfaction field in the two groupswere lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of disease symptoms,efficacy satisfaction field score and total score of the scale,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);in the health satisfaction field score,the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).7.The scores of disease symptom area and main sign area decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).8.This study observed that the patients included in the monitoring of safety indicators during the intervention period,no damage caused by this study,indicating that Jiawei Erchen decoction combined with western medicine has good clinical safety.ConclusionJiawei Erchen decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of phlegm dampness obstructive pulmonary disease elderly community-acquired pneumonia patients,can improve the efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,improve the patient’s disease treatment satisfaction,clinical application is safe and effective,no toxic side effects. |
