Treatment Of Community-acquired Pneumonia(Phlegm-turbidities-lung Syndrome) By Adding Or Reducing Ma Xing Lou Bei Decoction

Objective:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of modified ma xing Lou bei decoction combined with western medicine conventional treatment and simple western medicine conventional treatment on CAP(phlegm obstructing lung syndrome)through the changes of TCM syndrome score and related inflammatory indicators.To provide evidence-based medicine basis for further exploring the treatment of CAP(phlegm obstructing lung syndrome)with TCM,and to provide clinical ideas for the promotion and application of TCM.Method:Collecting 60 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with added the prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course of treatment was 7-14 days.Observe and record the changes of clinical observation indexes of the two groups after 7 days of treatment,so as to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Result:1.Clinical observation of the symptoms,signs,inflammation indicators(WBC,N%,NLR,hs-CRP,PCT,SAA),chest radiographs,etc.of the two groups of patients improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Average hospital stay:(8.93±0.98)days in the treatment group and(9.80±1.30)days in the control group.The difference in hospital stay between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.008,P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group effectively shorten the length of hospital stay.The treatment group was more effective in shortening the length of stay than the control group.3.In the clinical efficacy,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.4.There was no adverse reaction in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Through analyzing the test results,the decoction in the treatment of CAP clinical curative effect is verified and compared with only using western medicine routine treatment,to improve the symptoms of patients with signs of inflammation index and so on all have advantages,the formula for lung inflammation absorption,shorten hospitalization time,without any adverse reaction.Therefore,the treatment of CAP(phlegm obstructing lung syndrome)with the decoction has a better effect than the single use of western medicine treatment,to provide some clinical ideas for the promotion and application of TCM。...
