Clinical Study Of Jiawei Erchen Decoction On Unliquefaction Of Semen Of Phlegm-dampness Block Type

ObjectiveThrough clinical efficacy observation,to ensure the effect of modified Jiawei Erchen decoction on unliquefaction of semen of Phlegm wet block type,and laid the foundation for further exploring the possible mechanism of action of Jiawei Erchen Decoction in treating semen liquefaction.MethodsSixty patients with unliquefaction of semen of Phlegm wet block type at the male outpatient department,which is selected in March 2017 to August 2017 male in the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The selected patient meets the Western medical diagnosis of unliquefaction of semen and Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine of Phlegm wet block type.Using a randomized,single-blind approach and divide 60 cases into 2 groups according to the random number table,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese granules of Jiawei Erchen decoction(according to the tutor's experience);30 patients in the control group taking vitamin C tablets;14 days for a course of treatment;Observe 3 courses of treatment.Observe and record the two groups separately before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 6 weeks after treatment in semen liquefaction time,seminal zinc concentration,sperm motility,sperm density,A+B grade sperm vitality and TCM syndrome score,use liquefaction time as evaluation criteria,And record the patient's response to medication.The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease and etiology between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference in seminal plasma zinc level,sperm motility rate,sperm density,A+B grade sperm vitality and TCM syndrome score;2.Observe and compare the total efficacy at the end of the analysis,in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 66.7%after 2 weeks of treatment and 83.3%after 4 weeks,86.7%after 6 weeks;The total effective rate of the control group was 36.6%after 2 weeks of treatment and 56.7%after 4 weeks,66.7%after 6 weeks of treatment.Comparison and analysis between the two groups,There was significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),There was no significant difference after 6 weeks of treatment(P>0.05);3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant advantages in the aspects of seminal plasma zinc,sperm survival rate,sperm density,A+B grade sperm vitality and TCM syndromes(P<0.05);4.A total of 60 patients were observed during the experiment,and 60 patients had no obvious adverse reactions before and after treatment.ConclusionThe Jiawei Erchen Decoction can effectively improve the liquefaction time of unliquefaction of semen of Phlegm wet block type,can provide viable treatment ideas and methods for clinical treatment of unliquefaction of semen of Phlegm wet block type,and can improve the phlegm and dampness constitution of patients,and play a multi-angle,multi-directional purpose of treatment.
