Effect Of Huangqi Decoction Combined With Wuren Pill On Constipation Of Deficiency Of Qi And Blood After Operation Of Malignant Bone Tumor

Objective:The purpose of this study was to conduct a randomized controlled trial to explore the prevention and treatment effect of Huangqi decoction combined with Wuren Pill on constipation of deficiency of Qi and blood after operation of malignant bone tumor,so as to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of constipation of deficiency of Qi and blood after operation of malignant bone tumor by traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)?Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,75 patients with definite diagnosis of malignant bone tumor who underwent surgery(except for diagnostic operations such as puncture and incision biopsy)and met the secondary symptoms,pulse,and tongue of diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for qi deficiency constipation were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).Before operation,the patients in the two groups stopped using other laxatives and informed defecation methods,constipation hazards,diet,etc.In the treatment group,"Huangqi decoction combined with Wuren pill" was used from the first day after operation,and the patients in the treatment group were taken warm in the morning and evening,once 100ml(children aged 7-14,once 50ml),until the fourth day after operation.In the control group,"lactulose" was used from the first day after operation,and was taken in the morning and evening after meals(once a day for children aged7-14 years,after breakfast),once for 15 ml,until the fourth day after operation.The clinical effects of the two groups within 5 days after operation were evaluated and compared,and adverse events occurred during the period were recorded.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender,age,education level and TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the comprehensive effect of constipation between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in total curative effect of TCM syndrome of constipation between the two groups(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the first exhaust time and defecation interval time(P>0.05).There were statistical difference between the two groups in the first defecation time,each defecation time,fecal character and difficulty in defecation(P< 0.05).Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly statistical difference(P<0.001).Compared with the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the control group,there was no statistical difference in dizziness(P=0.05),and the scores of other TCM syndromes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two TCM syndrome evaluations after treatment between the two groups,except for dizziness,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the other TCM syndrome scores were significantlystatistical difference(P<0.001).In terms of improving the patient's quality of life(KPS),there was a significant statistical difference in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was no statistical difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in safety during treatment process between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi decoction combined with Wuren pill can effectively prevent and treat constipation after operation of malignant bone tumor,shorten the first time of defecation and defecation,improve the character of excrement and relieve the difficulty of defecation.Although the two groups can improve the postoperative TCM syndrome,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the postoperative TCM syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients with safety at the same time.
