| ObjectiveTo observe whether Huangqi decoction could significantly decrease the total Chinese medicine syndrome points,clinical biochemical level,immune-related indexes and serum visfatin level in DN â…£ patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin,and to clarify the clinical efficacy of Huangqi decoction in treating DN.To discuss the possible mechanism of action and safety of Huangqi decoction.MethodSelecting 70 cases of DN â…£ diagnosed as deficiency of Qi and Yin in our hospital,the patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and tretment group,on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine,the control group(n=35)was given Huangqi Decoction simulator,the tretment group(n = 35)was treated with Huangqi decoction granule.The treatment period was 6 months(24 weeks)in both groups,after one course of treatment,the biochemical indexes and immune related indexes of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Studying the changes of serum visfatin level and Chinese medicine syndrome points.The detailed indicators include include: urinary albumin to creatinine ratio(UACR),24 hours urine protein,renal function: serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,hematuria acid,serum cystine C;Special indicators:CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T.At the same time,before and after treatment,blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine and occult blood,liver function,blood lipid,ECG and other safety indexes were detected and compared to evaluate the safety of Huangqi Decoction.The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.ResultsAfter 24 weeks of treatment,the treatment group could effectively reduce the urinary albumin to creatinine ratio(P<0.001),while the control group had no significant improvement in the urinary albumin creatinine ratio(P>0.05),and the 24 hour urine protein level was also significantly decreased in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),while the 24 hour urine protein of the control group did not decrease significantly(P >0.05).The level of CD4+T/CD8+T(%)in the treatment group was statistically significant(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference in the treatment group(P> 0.05),and the treatment group had a significant effect on the increase of CD4+T/CD8+T(%).The control group had no significant effect on the increase of CD4+T/CD8+T(%).The level of serum cystatin C in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group the level of serum visfatin in the treatment group was effectively reduced(P < 0.001).Before and after treatment,the total Chinese medicine syndrome points in the two groups were improved to some extent(P < 0.001),and the decrease of Chinese medicine syndrome points in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P < 0.01).At the end of the course of treatment and during the course of treatment,there were no abnormal changes in the safety indexes of the two groups,and no adverse events occurred in the course of treatment for 24 weeks.ConclusionThe addition of Huangqi decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment could effectively reduce the 24-hour urinary protein,UACR,reduce the level of serum visfatin,delay the deterioration of diabetic nephropathy,improve the level of immune cell CD4-T/CD8-T to improve the immune dysfunction of the body.The total Chinese medicine syndrome points in DN â…£ patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin were significantly decreased,and the clinical symptoms were improved as a whole. |
