Clinical And Blood Endothelin 1 Human Study Of Modified Huangqi Liuwei Decoction In Patients With DN Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective: To study the effect of modifed huangqi luwei dihuang decoction on the treatment of proteinuria and blood Endothelin 1 human in diabetic nephropathy patients with stage IV deficiency of qi and Yin.Methods:1.Randomly divided into two groups,36 cases each.2.Medication method:(1)control groudp: on the basis of symptomatic treatment such as blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid control in accordance with the principle of inclusion criteria under conventional western medicine treatment,oral ambovir was taken at150mg/ day.(2)treatment group: on the basis of the treatment of the control group,oraladministrat ion of modified huangqi liuwei dihuang decoction,3 times a day.3,course of treatment: 30 days for a course of treatment,two groups of patients were observed 2 courses of treatment.4.The overall evaluation is made by analyzing and observing test indexes and safety indexes.Results:1.Efficacy comparison: treatment group =83.33%;Control group=63.89%.P=0.020<0.05,which was statistically significant.2.Comparison of symptom efficacy: treatment group =91.67%,control group=66.67%,after comparing the two groups,P = 0.001<0.01,which was statistically significant.3.Comparison of urinary protein :(1)effective rate,treatment group =86.11%,control group =72.22%,the results of the two groups were statistically significant(P =0.018<0.05).(2)the P value of qualitative protein,quantitative urine protein andurinary microprotein in the two groups was less than 0.05,and the P value of intra-group comparison was less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.4.CompariJson of renal funcction: affter treatment,the secrum cfreatinine,urea nitrogen and endogcenous creaftinine clearance rates of the two grodups wcere compdared,and P < 0.01 in the treatment group,showing significant statistical significance.P value in the control group was less than 0.05,which was statistically significant;,which was statistically significant.The results indicated that both groups of patients could reduce BUN and Scr levels and increase Ccr levels.5.(1)before and after treatment,p was 0.000 in both groups(p <0.01);The difference was statistically significant.This indicated that blood et-1 was significantly reduced after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment.(2)comprarison was between the control group and the trehatment grroup,P=0.001(P<0.01)6.Safety index comparison: after treatment by contrast,found that two groups of patients with hepatic function,ecg P values were greater than 0.05,is no statistical significance,drugs had no obvious effect on the safety index,and in the process of treatment no adverse reactions occurred in both groups,the drug taking is safe.Conclusion:The modified huangqi liuwei dihuang decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and Yin,reduce urinary protein,improve renal function and reduce serum et-1 level.It can delay the course of diabetic nephropathy and prolong the occurrence of end-stage renal disease.
