Objectives:The study summarized the common Chinese medicine syndromes of transurethral resection of the prostate plasma of patients with constipation. Exploring the use of Chinese medicine foot bath approach to prevention of feasibility on transurethral resection of the prostate plasma patients. By observing the first postoperative defecation, constipation symptom evaluative scores, the results of common Chinese medicine symptom scores, comfort and satisfaction to determine efficacy. The study aims to find a securable effective and well tolerated supplementary therapeutic method for prostate resection patients after surgery to stimulate bowel movement, while promoting the traditional Chinese medicine foot External technology.Methods:The study reviewed 206 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia study the relationship between postoperative constipation and TCM proliferative TUPKP surgery patients, concluded that patients with kidney yin deficiency higher incidence of postoperative constipation. According to the principles of a randomized controlled design, easy to use method of sampling, Jiangsu Province Hospital of Urology December 2013-2014 September 90 bipolar transurethral plansmaKinetic prostatatectomy, kidney yin deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with type being the case, the use of random number table, patients were divided into general nursing group, warm water foot bath group and Chinese medicine foot bath group. The general nursing group in accordance with the general postoperative care routine, including six hours after eating liquid, maintain bladder irrigation smooth urination, pain relief, diet and other missionaries; warm footbath group 24h after taking in the general nursing group of patients on the basis of warm foot bath, morning and evening, a total of three days treatment; Chinese medicine foot bath set in the general nursing group, based on the Modified 24h after taking Dachengqitang foot on patients, morning and evening, a total of three days treatment. Patients were observed after the first defecation, constipation symptom score, TCM symptom scores to determine the effect of prevention of prostate patients with constipation medicine foot bath. Chinese SPSS15.0 for windows using statistical software for statistical data analysis, measurement data were described as mean ± standard deviation. Comparative analysis of the two groups, qualitative data using the chi-square test, ordered data using Ridit analysis. Quantitative data follow a normal distribution with the t test, P<0.05 was considered statistically significance as to P<0.01 as highly statistically significant.Results:The difference between the three groups defecation previous cases, surgery duration, disease staging, etc. was not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable. By taking warm water foot bath and herbal foot bath method in the general nursing group were routine care approach, based on traditional Chinese medicine foot first postoperative defecation time (57.86± 15.37h), significantly earlier than the general nursing group (67.78±15.30h) and a heated foot bath group (68.10±9.06h); 3 group after 24~48h constipation symptom scores showed that the general nursing group,5.70±1.62, warm footbath group 5.57±1.63, traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group 4.68±1.19, after 48~72h constipation symptom score the results showed that the general nursing group 4.87±1.78, warm footbath group 5.03 ± 1.99, traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group 2.68 ± 0.81, traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group scores were significantly lower than the general nursing group and the group of warm water foot bath, foot bath medicine group and the general nursing group and a heated foot bath groups, respectively, with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Chinese medicine foot bath can promote bowel resection of the prostate plasma; reduce the incidence of postoperative constipation; improve clinical symptoms of kidney yin deficiency common type of benign prostatic hyperplasia, improve postoperative patient comfort and satisfaction.
