Flash Fire Clap Dozen Method Combines Acupuncture Treatment Cold Wet Type Clinical Observation Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:By comparing the clinical effect of "flash fire clap combined with acupuncture" and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of cold and wet type lumbar disc herniation,this paper discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of "flash fire clap combined with acupuncture" in the treatment of cold and wet type lumbar disc herniation,and provides a new clinical treatment method for cold and wet type lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cold and wet type lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group through random number table.30 patients in each group were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The general information of the two groups,JOA scores,VAS scores and straight leg elevation angles of the patients before and after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment were recorded in detail,and the curative effect was evaluated after treatment.Statistical software SPSS18.0 was used to analyze the data and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups according to the results.Result:1.Before treatment,the general data,JOA score of lumbar disc herniation,VAS score and elevation Angle of straight leg of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of JOA score of lumbar pain before and after treatment between the two groups: the difference of JOA score of lumbar disc herniation after treatment between the two groups and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both methods can effectively improve the JOA score of lumbar disc herniation.Statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),indicating that flash fire clap combined with acupuncture had an advantage over the control group in improving JOA score of patients with lumbar disc herniation.3.Comparison of lumbar pain VAS scores before and after treatment in the two groups:VAS scores of lumbar disc herniation after treatment in the two groups were compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both methods could effectively improve the VAS scores of patients with lumbar disc herniation.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the improvement of VAS score of patients with lumbar disc herniation by flash fire clap combined with acupuncture was superior to that of the control group.4.Comparison of straight leg elevation Angle between the two groups after treatment:the difference of straight leg elevation Angle between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was significant(P<0.01).The straight leg elevation Angle of the two groups was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups had curative effect on the recovery of straight leg elevation Angle,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group.5.Efficacy evaluation after treatment in the two groups: no cases were uncured in the two groups,of which the observation group was cured by 20% and improved by 80%,whilethe control group was cured by 6.67% and improved by 93.33%,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:the treatment of cold and wet lumbar disc herniation with flash-fire clap and acupuncture can effectively improve the lumbar movement and relieve the pain.
