Objective:Observe abdominal needle step-down prescription embedded wire phlegmy wet type grade-1 hypertension patients of hypertension treatment,to provide basis for clinical application of abdominal needle in hypertension.Method:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 patients were selected from F ujian province people's hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,who were diagn osed as grade-1 hypertension of phlegm-dampness syndrome. They were randomly divid ed into two groups:the antihypertensive prescription thread-embedding by abdominal ac upuncture group(observation group)and the amlodipine besylate tablets group(control group).Among them,36 cases in the observation group were treated with antihypertens ive prescription thread-embedding by abdominal acupuncture, which was once every two weeks for one course, one course for one time and observed for three courses of the treatment;36 cases in the control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets of 5mg qd by oral to reduce blood press, two weeks for one course and observed for three courses.Recorded the changes of TCM syndrome score, body weight,BMI and ab dominal circumference before and after treatment in two groups,as well as the changes of SBP and DBP of the blood pressure in consulting room at the zero week, second week, fourth week and the sixth week in the two group, and then statistical analysis of the data.Result:1.In the aspect of improving TCM clinical syndrome, the observation group could effectively improve the TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.6%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of reducing blood pressure, although the significant efficiency of the control group was better than that of the observation group, the non efficiency was less than that of the observation group, and the antihypertensive effect was better than that of the observation group(P<0.05);but the rate of reaching the standard and the level of reducing blood pressure of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).From the perspective of SBP decreasing trend,as time goes on,the speed of reducing blood pressure in the observation group increased rapidly, while the speed of reducing blood pressure in the control group slowed down;and from the perspective of DBP decreasing trend, over time, the blood pressure in the observation group was stable, while that in the control group was slow(P<0.01).3.In the aspect of improving obesity index,BMI,abdominal circumference and body weight in the observation group were improved after treatment(P<0.05),but not obvious in the control group.4.In the observation group, there was a linear relationship between the improvement of SBP and the reduction of abdominal circumference. The linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the two.The more the reduction of abdominal circumference, the more significant the decrease of SBP(P<0.01).Conclusion:Antihypertensive prescription thread-embedding by abdominal acupuncture can improve the symptoms of phlegm dampness, effectively reduce the blood pressure of the grade-1 hypertension patients of excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome, have medium and long-term hypotensive effect, and can reduce abdominal circumference, lose weight and reduce BMI value, which has a high clinical application value.
