Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Phlegm-moisture Type Pcos For Abdominal Obesity

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical effect of the addition and s ubtraction of Cangfu Daotan Decoction and acupoint catgut embedding th erapy on abdominal obesity of phlegm-moisture type PCOS,the serum s ex hormone levels(LH,LH / FSH,T),Waist circumference,waist-to-h ip ratio,menstruation,clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chines e medicine and other aspects of the effectiveness and safety,provide sa fe,effective and highly compliant treatment for phlegm-moisture PCOS abdominal obesity.Methods:The observed cases were all from the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hanan Bra nch.From October 2018-October 2019,40 patients were diagnosed as p hlegm-moisture type PCOS abdominal obesity in the gynecological clinic and ward.Cangfu Daotan decoction plus or minus Chinese medicine ora lly combined with acupoint embedding to treat phlegm-moisture type PC OS abdominal obesity,a total of 6 courses of treatment,and were follo wed up 3 and 6 months after treatment withdrawal.Result:Phlegm-moisture type PCOS abdominal obesity,after treatment,BM I,waist circumference,WHR and other conditions,TCM syndrome score s were significantly improved than before treatment,after treatment,pat ients with luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormo ne(LH)/Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)values both decreased,and FSH values did not change significantly before and after treatment.Af ter statistical analysis,BMI,waist circumference,WHR situation,TCM syndrome score,luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)/follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)before and after treat ment have significant differences(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine combined with acupoint embedding therapy for abdominal obesity patients with phlegm-moisture type PCOS can reduc e PCOS patients' waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI,etc.to a chieve weight loss2.Chinese medicine combined with acupoint embedding therapy can effectively improve menstrual conditions and clinical symptoms of trad itional Chinese medicine in patients with phlegm-moisture type PCOS,a nd adjust serum LH,LH / FSH,T levels of phlegm-moisture type PCO S abdominal obesity.3.Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embeddi ng therapy has the advantages of safe,effective and long-lasting effect,convenient operation and little side effects.The patient's compliance is good,consistent with the modern social environment,suitable for use and promotion in future clinical treatment.
