As well as to observe the Efficacy Rate of Resuscitation of Brain cum Restoring the Function of qi and blood to Stroke patients who caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis.MethodCollate and categories the patients into Phlegm & Blood Stasis Group and qi deficiency & blood stasis Group. Both group analysis method complies with diagnosis standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of "Clinical Study Theory of Chinese Medicine and New Medicine (trial version)". As well as co-reference with key Stroke diagnosis symptoms and TCM theory of "Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment". Analyse the Efficacy Rate of acupuncture treatment thru Resuscitation of Brain cum Eliminating of Phlegm & Blood Stasis to 66 Stroke patients who caused under the condition of Phlegm & Blood Stasis. Simultansly, analyse the Efficacy Rate of acupuncture treatment thru Resuscitation of Brain cum Restoring the Function of qi and blood to 140 Stroke patients who caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis, both group of stroke patients are treated twice per week,3 months per session,Resultsâ‘ For 66 stroke patients who caused under the condition of phlegm & blood stasis, There is no significant difference on distribution of Age Group and Degree of illness between Male and Female Group (P>0.05), the two groups are competitive. There is also no significant difference on distribution of Gender and the Age Group and Degree of illness between Male and Female Group (P>0.05). However, there is correlation on Gender and Degree of illness, the significant difference level is (P<0.01), the Female Stroke patients who have caused under the condition of Phlegm & Blood Stasis Stand the majorities and mostly fall on severe category(P<0.05). There is also a significant correlation between the Length of Treatment and Efficacy Rate, the significant difference level is (P<0.01); After treatment, the patients'Activities of Daily Living has significant difference (P<0.01); Stroke patients who underwent 3 months of treatment, the Efficacy Rate on clinical symptoms reached 75.8%, Stroke patients who underwent 6 months of treatment, the Efficacy Rate on clinical symptoms reached 98.5%. â‘¡As for 140 Stroke patients who caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis, there is no significant difference on distribution of Age Group and Degree of illness between Male and Female Group (P>0.05), the two groups are competitive. There is also no significant difference on distribution of Gender and the Age Group and degree of illness between Male and Female Group (P>0.05). However, there is correlation between Gender and Degree of illness, the significant difference level is (P<0.01), the Female Stroke patients who caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis are the majorities and mostly fall on severe category(P<0.05). There is significant correlation between the Length of Treatment and Efficacy Rate, the significant difference level is (P<0.05;P<0.01); Patients who underwent 3 months of treatment achieved Efficacy Rate of 69.3%. Patients who underwent 6 months of treatment achieved Efficacy Rate of 97.1%.ConclusionsApply acupuncture treatment thru Resuscitation of Brain cum Dispersing of Phlegm & Blood Stasis to Stroke patients who have caused under the condition of Phlegm & Blood Stasis as well as applying acupuncture treatment thru Resuscitation of Brain cum Restoring the Function of qi and blood to Stroke patients who have caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis have shown significant improvement. And the longer the treatment session apply, the higher Efficiency Rate achieved. Gender and Degree of illness are correlated, the Female Stroke patient stands the majorities and mostly fall on severe category, the analysis has provided guidence on clinical categorisation and acupuncture treatment to Stroke patients who caused under the condition of phlegm & blood stasis as well as qi deficiency & blood stasis. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Stroke, deviation of mouth and eye, Paralysis, phlegm & blood stasis, qi deficiency & blood stasis, resuscitation of brain, eliminating of phlegm & blood stasis, restoring the function of qi and blood | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
