Objective:To observe the clinical effect observation on the treatment with Xing Qi Xie Re prescription of initial stage of acute mastitis in lactation.Methods:This study was conducted from March 2019 to December 2019 in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Eighty patients with initial stage of lactational mastitis who had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by using SPSS23.0.Both groups were given lactation health education.The control group was treated with Cefradine capsule.The observation group was treated with the treatment of Xing Qi Xie Re prescription.Danzhong,Jianjing,Lidui,Shaoze,Hegu and Taichong were selected as acupoints.Each day was treated with 1 times of accupuncture.All patients were treated for5 consecutive days.The body temperature,the visual analog-scale,the TCM syndrome score,WBC,NE% and CRP were recorded as the curative effect observation indexes,at the same time,it was observed whether there were serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Results:Three patients were eventually excluded and dropped out 39 in the observation group and 38 in the control group.1.Body temperature:After 3 days of treatment,both the observation group and the control group can restore the body temperature to the normal level.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05),which was indicating that the restore time of observation group was faster than the control group.2.Blood routine+CRP:After the treatment,the observation group and control group all degrade the expression of inflammation,but after 3 days the expression of WBC,NE%,CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05),which the anti-infective effect of observation group was better than the control group.3.Breast pain:The visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the patient's breast pain sensation.There were differences between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),as aspects of pain relieving,the observation group was better than the control group.4.Symptoms of TCM:The TCM symptoms include the symptoms of lactation insufficiency,breast pain,lump in breast,local skin red,headache,body pain,thirsty,constipation.All the symptoms after the observation group was significantly improved than that before the treatment(P<0.05).Except for headache and body pain,the other symptoms after the control group was significantly improved than that before the treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the observation group had a better advantage than the control group in reducing all the symptoms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety comparison:No adverse reactions were found in two groups.Conclusions:The treatment with Xing Qi Xie Re prescription is effective at initial stage of lactation mastitis.It can not only make the body temperature of the patients with fever return to normal,reduce the level of serum inflammation,but also reduce the breast pain and the symptoms of TCM,which was better than the control group,without any adverse reactions.We can conclude that Xing Qi Xie Re prescription can safely and effectively treat the initial stages of acute mastitis in lactation.
