| Objective: In this study,wrist ankle acupuncture combined with toupus powder was used to intervene the pain of patients with external blowing mastitis in the purulent stage.The effective rate of pain analgesia,the effect of pain on sleep quality,and the satisfaction of patients with analgesia were observed.The analgesic effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with toupus powder on relieving breast pain of external blowing mastitis in the purulent stage,improving sleep quality and quality of life were discussed It provides a new idea and clinical basis for wrist ankle acupuncture combined with toupus powder in the treatment of mastitis pain.Methods: This research object is from February 2019 to January 2021,our department admitted the patients who voluntarily received ultrasound-guided abscess puncture and catheter irrigation in the purulent stage of external blowing mastitis.According to the randomized controlled trial method,76 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1 : 1.Group A was wrist ankle acupuncture group,and group B was control group.There were 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with toupu powder on the basis of basic Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 7 days.The patients were observed before and after operation for 1hour,3 days after operation,1 hour and 7 days after drainage Breast pain rating index(PRI),visual pain score(VAS),current pain status(PPI)1 hour after washing and drainage,sleep quality before and after treatment,satisfaction of patients with analgesic effect,and safety during treatment were evaluated.Results: In this study,76 patients were enrolled in the study,of which 5patients were excluded / detached from the two groups,36 in the final wrist ankle acupuncture group and 35 in the control group.(1)The basic situation of the two groups was compared: the age,lactation time and course of the patients were statistically analyzed,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)The comparison of pain relief between the two groups: there was no significant difference in pri score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in one hour after operation,three days after treatment and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PPI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in three days and seven days after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference after 7 days(P<0.05).(3)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 94.4% and that of the control group was 31.4%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of other related indicators between the two groups: there was no significant difference in sleep quality score before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in sleep quality score after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,the percentage of white blood cells(WBC),neutrophils(n%),neutrophils(C%)in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group There was no significant difference in CRP(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference after 7days of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): The breast pain,sleep quality,white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil percentage(n%)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the treatment group were improved,which were significantly better than those of the control group.Compared with the safety,there were no serious adverse reactions and aggravation of the disease in the two groups,and there were no obvious fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment.There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood routine and liver and kidney function after treatment,suggesting that the treatment methods in the two groups were safe and effective.This study shows that wrist ankle acupuncture combined with toupu powder has significant analgesic effect in improving the purulent stage of external blowing mastitis,with high patient satisfaction and economic safety... |
