Observation On Clinical Efficacy Of Press Needle Combined With Green Cream In The Treatment Of Acute Mastitis During Lactation

Objective:To observe and study the clinical efficacy of press needle combined with green cream in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria at acute mastitis during lactation were used random number table method in the SPSS software to divide into control group and treatment group,30 cases each.The control group was given cefoxitin sodium intravenously and other routine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given press needle in acupoints of danzhong,both sides of jianjing,neiguan,zusanli and qimen combined with green cream.A course of treatment was 5 days.The patients' symptoms scores,temperature recovery time,white blood cell count and CRP were observed before and after treatment and were statistically analyzed.Results:Before treatment,the results in symptoms scores,body temperature recovery time,white blood cell count,and CRP of two groups did not have statistical difference(p>0.05).After treatment,patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group in symptoms scores,body temperature recovery time,white blood cell count,and CRP,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 100%and that of the control group was 90%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The press needle combined with green cream can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with acute lactating mastitis,promote the decrease of body temperature,reduce white blood cells and CRP,and improve clinical efficacy.It is worthy of clinical application...
