Clinical Effect Observation Of The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Kidney Yin Deficiency With "Jin Three-Needle" Therapy

Objective:To compare the clinical therapeutic effect between“Jin Three-Needle”therapy and traditional acupuncture therapy in treating Perimenopausal Syndrome?PMS?of kidney yin deficiency,to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of PMS.Methods:Research objects are 80 patients who were diagnosed as PMS in the Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine?TCM?'s acupuncture clinic and gynecology clinic from October 2017 to October 2018.The patients who met inclusion standards were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases were treated with“Jin Three-Needle”therapy?the observation group?,and the other 40 cases were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy?the control group?.Treatments were both done 3 times a week on Monday,Wednesday,Friday.4 weeks for a course of treatment.The total treatment period of two groups were two courses.Respectively observed and compared the two groups in Kupperman scores,serum estradiol?E₂?,follicle-stimulating hormone?FSH?,luteinizing hormone?LH?and the therapeutic effect.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0 software.Results:The observation group included 40 cases,and the final 31 cases were completed.The control group included 40 cases,and the final 30 cases were completed.1.Compared with those before treatment,the Kupperman scores in two groups reduced after treatment?P<0.05?,and the degree of the reduction of the observation group is better than the control group?P<0.05?.2.After treatment,the level of serum E₂ were higher than that before treatment in two groups?P<0.05?,and were higher in the observation group than that in the control group with significant difference?P<0.05?;the level of serum FSH were lower than that before treatment in two groups?P<0.05?,and were lower in the observation group than that in the control group with significant difference?P<0.05?.3.After treatment,the level of serum LH in two groups did not significantly change?P>0.05?,and the differences were not significant statistically between the two groups?P>0.05?.4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,while the control group was 66.67%,the total effective rate was significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Both“Jin Three-Needle”therapy and traditional acupuncture therapy could improve Perimenopausal Syndrome and serum hormone.But“Jin Three-Needle”therapy could more effectively relieve the symptoms of peri-menopausal period,improve E₂ level,reduce FSH level,and it is worth applying and popularizing.
