Clinical Study On Acupuncture At Baliao Acupoints And Ginger-separated Moxibustion For Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome （Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type） And Its Influence On FSH And E₂

Objective:Observe the difference in curative effect of acupuncture at Baliao acupoints combined with ginger-separated moxibustion compared with conventional acupuncture plus ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome（spleen and kidney yang deficiency type）.Methods:The screened patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture at Baliao acupoints combined with ginger-separated moxibustion,once every3 days,twice a week,for 4 consecutive weeks;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture plus ginger-separated moxibustion,and daily acupuncture treatment 1 time,6 times a week,continuous treatment for 4weeks,the ginger moxibustion treatment plan is the same as the observation group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the differences in the quantitative scores of main symptoms before and after treatment（including the results of follow-up 3 months after the end of treatment）,serum FSH and E₂levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.86%（P<0.05）.After treatment,the quantitative scores of various symptoms and serum FSH and E₂levels of the two groups of patients were improved compared with the previous ones,and the differences in the data within the group were statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the differences of each observation index before and after treatment were compared between groups,The observation group had better curative effect,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The follow-up observation group was better than the control group after 3 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Baliao acupoints and ginger-separated moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and serum FSH and E₂levels of patients.It has better curative effect and better long-term curative effect than the control group.
