Head Needle With Body Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis

Purpose: This topic belongs to the field of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,the research purpose is to use with body acupuncture respectively with simple head head needle acupuncture and simple body acupuncture treatment of kidney deficiency type infantile enuresis clinical comparative observation,through the clinical experiment to compare the curative effect of three kinds of treatment differences,to find a cure for kidney deficiency type infantile enuresis better treatment,to provide theoretical basis for making clinical for later.Method: This study used randomized controlled study method,all conform to the standard of qualified participants by random draw methods in 90 patients randomly divided into 3 groups,each group 30 cases,treatment group head of needle with body acupuncture group(A + B)group,control group A set of isolated head needle group,group B as simple body acupuncture group.All of the patients,according to hospital successively the draw randomly assigned to each group in turn.The end of the guide patients with experimental extraction.Between three groups such as sex,age,weight,sleep enuresis depth by statistical calculation results no significant difference,that there was no significant difference between the three groups of the various index,the data of three way comparable.Results: The treatment group(A + B)group total effectiveness 96.67%,control group total effective rate of group A and 86.67% in control group B group total effective rate 90.00%,three groups of curative effect by the rank and inspection,A + B group and comparison group A(p = 0.001 < 0.05),A + B group compared with group B(p = 0.00 < 0.05).Tip with body acupuncture respectively with single head head needle and simple body acupuncture in the treatment of kidney deficiency infantile enuresis have obvious differences in the curative effect and pin on the cure rate and total effective rate with body acupuncture group were better than simple head needle group and simple body acupuncture group.Conclusion: The three groups of patients symptoms were improved,the statistical data analysis,three groups of patients have obvious differences in curative effect,that head needle with body acupuncture in the treatment of kidney deficiency type infantile enuresis curative effect is better than that of pure head needle group and simple body acupuncture group.
