Research On The Situation And Countermeasure Of Medical And Elderly Care Services Combination In Dalian

By the end of 2015,the number of Over-60 People has increased to more than 222 million,making up 16.1% of China's population.In the rapid growth of the elderly population in China,medical care and pension services for elderly people becomes significant and critical.And how to cope with the situation has become a popular topic among all fields of the society.In 2016 The Chinese government had put forward that progress should be made in developing a variety of forms of combined medical and care services for the elderly.In June 2016,The National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China released “Notice on The first batch of national pilot units for Medical and elderly care services”,Dalian was formally affirmed the one of the first batch of national pilot units for Medical and elderly care services.Dalian,located in the southernmost point of the northeast of China,It is the one of the most important port cities,is in a critical period of tis fast developments.With the rapid development of the economy,the growth rate of the elderly population is also very fast.By the time of 2016,the population of Dalian is 5million and 936 thousand,Over-60 people has increased to more than 1million and 361 thousand,making up 22.9% of Dalian's population.So with the increasing population of the elderly,the medical and elderly care services has become a kind of urgent demand in Dalian.At present,Dalian give 6 areas of work for sets up pilot for medical and elderly care services: 1.Medical Institutions and Nursing Home signed an agreement on medical and elderly care services;2.Based on Nursing Home provide medical and elderly care services;3.Based on Medical Institutions provide medical and elderly care services;4.Combine In the home-based elderly nursing services and In the home-based elderly nursing services;5.Based on Social organization provide medical and elderly care services;6.To give better play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine.This thesis talk about the problem remain to be solved in Dalian's medical and elderly care service,based on the theory of medical and elderly care services,setting the Dalian's pilot units for medical and elderly care service as its subject.Use the method of data and investigation,with lot of investigation and research in order to understand the current situation and existing problems of medical and elderly care services in Dalian.Combine the form of medical resources and elder people services,Dalian are discussed from two aspects of theory and practice of medical and elderly care services present condition and problems,made induced analysis of the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasure.
