ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of nanshaolin squatting and stacking combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment method for the conservative treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.MethodCollected in December 2018 to December 2019 in the third people's hospital affiliated to fujian province of fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine national physician hall of 38 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease patients, adopt the method of randomized divided into experimental group and control group,19 cases in each group, experimental group using hole pile method with electric acupuncture and control group using the method of bending the waist with electric acupuncture, two groups of treatment cycle for 2 times per week,6 weeks for a course of treatment.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopedic Association Score standards for low back pain(JOA),and ODI disability index were conducted before,3 weeks,6 weeks and 1 month after treatment.ODI)and the observation and evaluation of TCM syndromes, and the changes of various indicators in the two groups were analyzed statistically.ResultA total of 38 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis participated in this study, which were 19 cases in each of the experimental group and the control group, including 6 male patients in each group and 13 female patients in each group. The average age of the test group was 56.68±6.14 years;the average height was 1.62±0.09 meters;the average weight was 60.47±12.46 kg;the average BMI was 22.71±3.30 kg/m2.The average age of the control group was 58.26±7.89 years;the average height was 1.62±0.07 meters;the average weight was 62.32±10.13kg;the average BMI was 23.60±3.03kg/m2.There was no statistical difference between the baseline data of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the scores(P>0.05);after 3 weeks of treatment, the VAS,ODI and TCM syndrome observation scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),And the score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment, the VAS,ODI and TCM syndrome observation scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the test group score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the VAS,ODI and TCM syndrome observation scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the test group score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);while the JOA score showed that,After 3 weeks of treatment in both groups, the JOA score of the experimental group increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment, the JOA scores of both groups increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the test group score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the test group score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Based on the above analysis, the improvement of lumbar spinal stenosis in the experimental group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionNanshaolin squat stacking method combined with electroacupuncture and flexion combined with electroacupuncture have shown good effects in the treatment of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, but nanshaolin squatting position stacking method combined with electroacupuncture treatment The effect is more significant, and it is worthy of clinical application.
