Objective: To observe the effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treatedby chiropractic manipulation of recumbent position and provide standardtreatment. Methods: the patients with CSR56cases, for chiropracticmanipulation of recumbent position28cases, traditional massage group of26patients. Results: Two groups have obvious difference in symptoms andsignscoapprehensive score(sscs)(P﹤0.01).the two groups after treated haveobvious diffeience in sscs(P﹤0.01). Two groups have more obviousdifferences in sscs before and after treatment (p﹤0.05). After treatment, thereare more obvious differences in sscs between two groups.(p﹤0.05). The totaleffective rate: the chiropractic manipulation group92.8%, traditional massagegroup84.6%. Conclusion: Both the two treatments can bring improvements insscs. but the chiropractic manipulation is superior to traditional massage.Chiropractic manipulation of recumbent position plays very good function inadjusting internal a-nd external mechanical imbalances of cervical vertebra.More security, more specific, more effectively and more advantages of easyoperation thantraditional massage, it is worth promoting. |
