| [Objective]To further optimize the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of treatment,the clinical efficacy of chiropractic manipulation combined with two different adjuvant therapies(traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and local closed injection)was observed for different couraes of lumbar facet joint disorders.[Methods]From December 2017 to December 2018,76 Patients with different course of lumbar facet joint disorder were selected from the third affiliated HosPital of Yunnan University of traditional Chinese Medicine(including 38 cases with a course of 1-7 days and 38 cases with a course of 8-30 days),71 cases(including 36 cases with a course of 1-7 days and 35 cases with a course of 8-30 days,including 36 male patients and 35 female patients)were selected according to the relevant criteria.According to different treatment methods,36 cases with a course of 1-7 days were divided into two groups:chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group(group A1)and chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection group(group B1),which were 19 cases and 17 cases,respectively.At the same time,34 cases with a course of 8-30 days were divided into spinal manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group(group A2)and chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection group(group B2),which were 17 cases and 18 cases,.All patients were followed up before treatment and 1 day,3 days,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,and the degree of lumbar pain in each group was compared and evaluated by low back and leg pain visual analogue scale(Visual Analogue Score,)(VAS).Lumbar range of motion(Range of Motion,)was used to observe the range of motion of lumbar vertebrae in each group,and JOA lumbar score scale was used to compare the function of lumbar vertebrae in each group as the overall curative effect evaluationThrough the statistical analysis of the indicators of the final two groups of data,To make some objective suggestions on the clinical effectiveness and pertinence of different courses of lumbar facet joint disorders treated by chiropractic manipulation combined with different adjuvant therapies.[Results]1.There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.In the chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation treatment,the short course group(1-7 days)VS long course group(8-30 days):chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation treatment scheme has its own curative effect on two groups of patients with different course of disease.However,the clinical effect of short course of lumbar facet joint disorder is obviously better than that of long course of lumbar facet joint disorder.3.There was no significant difference in the short course group(1-7 days)and VS long course group(8-30 days)in the treatment group of chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection:there was no significant difference in the clinical effect of chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection on the short course and long course of lumbar facet joint disorder.However,the total effective rate of lumbar facet joint disorder with long course of disease is higher than that of lumbar facet joint disorder with long course of disease.4.In the short course of disease(1-7 days)group,the chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation VS chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection:both schemes had similar clinical effects.However,the total effective rate of chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation was higher than that of chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection therapy.5.In the long course(8-30 days)group,the chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation VS chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection:both schemes had certain clinical effect.However,the clinical effect of chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection is obviously better than that of chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation.[Conclusion]1.The treatment scheme of chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and the treatment scheme of chiropractic manipulation+ local closed injection have certain definite curative effect on lumbar facet joint disorder of different course of disease.Chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation for the short course of lumbar facet joint disorder clinical guiding significance is strong,more effective,worthy of clinical reference and choice;2.For patients with short course of disease,chiropractic manipulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection can have similar clinical effect,clinical can decide which scheme to use according to the specific situation;3.For patients with a long course of disease,chiropractic manipulation+local closed injection has a more accurate clinical efficacy,more effective,can better alleviate the pain and improve the function of patients,worthy of clinical reference choice. |
