The Therapeutic Effect Of Lumbar Pain Treated By Chiropractic Manipulation And Three-dimensional Orientated Spinal Rotated Adjustment Equally Manipulation(TOSRAE Manipulation)

Spinal related disease is a popular disease with high occurrence rate.Since the end of nineteen century the development of many aspects of traditional manipulations has promoted the chiropractics,and it has been certificated by the U.S.government.The spinal malfunction disease has been notified by traditional Chinese medicine for more than two thousand years,and it has gradually became a set of manipulation full of Chinese characteristics. "Spinal method"," push spinal method" and waist pain" has been recorded in the book Huangti-naegean.Afterwards it has gradually become a set of manipulation full of traditional Chinese characteristics including traction, rotation,hanging on,lateral traction,excessive stretch,bending,pelvis manipulation and massage etc.Recently the medical specialists in our country have started systemic research.Based on the study of spinal function anatomy, kinesiology,biological dynamics,they proposed a theory of spinal related disease combined with three-dimensional sport model.It appears a new direction of medical manipulation in China now.PurposeTo observe clinical therapeutic effect of the improved manipulation—lumbar related disease treated with Three-dimensional Orientated Spinal Rotated Adjustment Equally manipulation(TOSRAE manipulation).To compare with the traditional USA and PRC manipulation To figure out the specialty and mechanism of TOSRAE manipulation.Method Ninety two cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=32) and two control groups(30 cases per group).The treatment group were treated with Three-dimensional Orientated Vertebral Rotated Adjustment Equally manipulation(TOVRAE manipulation).The control group A were treated with traction in lateral position.The control B were treated with rotating manipulation in sitting position.All groups were treated 15-25 minutes per time and twice a week.There were totally 12 times in a treatment.We used waist pain evaluation scale from JOA-Japan Orthopedics Association and VAS Vision Analysis Scale to evaluate function score of waist pain patients before treatment,after the third,sixth,and twelfth treatment.And we used VAS method to evaluate the fearness,degrees of pain,intensity of stimulation, and acceptable degrees by patients.Result1.After the third and sixth treatments,the therapeutic effect of treat group were better than the other 2 control groups measured by VAS.All three groups showed remission of waist pain.There is no different effect between control A and B group.2.After the third and sixth treatments,the therapeutic effect of treat group were better than the other 2 control groups measured by JOA.All three groups showed improvement of lumbar function.There was no different effect between control A and B group.3.There was no difference in therapeutic effect of waist pain and all of them showed the effect of remission after twelfth treatment.4.Compared to all three groups the treat group showed the fewest amount of treatment and the shortest period of time.5.Compared to the control A and B,the acceptance,fears,painful degree, and stimulated degree of treat group were better than control A and B group.6.Following up the patients after one month,the recurrence rate of treat group was lower than control group A.The recurrence rate of group A was also lower than the rate of group B.There is no obvious abnormal response of all three groups during the period of research.ConclusionI.Waist pain could be released immediately and eliminated by Chiropractic treatment and spinal related disease.2.The best therapeutic effect of TOSRAE manipulation is during the beginning of treatment and in the period of two to six weeks.3.TOSRAE manipulation set up position accurately and is based on the biological kinesiology.It can decrease the period of treatment and lower the recurrence rate effectively.4.The characteristic of TOSRAE manipulation is with slight and equal adjustment.There is no need to use instant violence.That is why the patient could enjoy the treatment during the process of manipulation without fear or anxiety.
