?Objective? To observe the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation on degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis after modified TLIF.?Methods?Sixty patients who underwent modified TLIF for the first time for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis from April 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Both groups were operated by the same experienced chief surgeons in the same way.On the first day after operation, celecoxib 200 mg was taken orally twice a day,one capsule each time. The experimental group was given electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation analgesia in both two legs' Chengshan and Weizhong point once a day from the 24 th hour after operation, the stimulation intensity was set to 20 m A,the frequency was 2-100 Hz density wave, the time was 30 min,a total of five days of treatment,VAS and JOA data of patients were counted in 24 hours after operation,48 hours after operation and 1 week after operation to evaluated pain and dysfunction degree of the patients. As a blank control group, the control group did not receive any treatment after 24 hours after the operation, and the two groups of patients could receive additional analgesic drugs when necessary.VAS score was taken as the main therapeutic index.?Results?1.There was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups 24 hours after operation(P > 0.05).3.The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group 48 hours after operation(p < 0.05),while the JOA score of the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference 48 hours after operation(p > 0.05).One week after the operation, compared with the control group, the VAS score and JOA score of the experimental group were superior to the control group and had statistical significance(p < 0.05).4.The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly different among the preoperative and 24 hours after operation,24 hours after operation and 48 hours after operation,48 hours after operation and 1 week after operation. That is,there are significant differences in VAS scores among the preoperative and 24 hours after operation,24 hours after operation and 48 hours after operation,48 hours after operation and 1 week after operation.5.The JOA scores of the two groups showed statistically significant differences before and 24 hours after operation,24 hours after operation and 48 hours after operation,48 hours after operation and 1 week after operation. In other words, the JOA scores before and 24 hours after operation,24 hours after operation and 48 hours after operation,48 hours after operation and 1 week after operation are significantly different.6.Through repeated measurement of variance analysis between groups,it can be seen that the difference between groups is statistically significant with p < 0.05.it can be considered that group factors have influence on VAS score and JOA score, the changes of VAS score and JOA score are different between the experimental group and the control group.7.The proportion of patients receiving additional analgesic drugs after operation in the experimental group was 6.7%,while that of patients receiving additional analgesic drugs after operation in the control group was 13.3%.The proportion of patients receiving additional analgesic drugs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.8.Adverse reactions and shedding: There were no postoperative complications such as infection and other adverse drug reactions such as gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the two groups of patients after operation, and there were no subcutaneous hematoma, needle sickness and other adverse reactions in the test group of patients. All the cases were collected during the hospitalization of the patients, and there was no shedding.?Conclusions?Electroacupuncture at acupoints to stimulate bilateral Weizhong and Chengshan points for postoperative analgesia of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis after modified TLIF can relieve postoperative lumbar pain in a short period of time, and it can reduce the usage rate of postoperative additional analgesics with fewer adverse reactions.
