| Objective:Observe the effect of orthopedic massage combined with the treatment of cervical spondylosis with Yijinjing "Tuo Tian Shi".Methods:60 cases of cervical spondylosis of the neck type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,there were 30 cases in both groups.In the course of the experiment,in the control group,3 cases fell off and 27 cases were included in the analysis.In the experimental group,5 cases fell off and 25 cases were included in the analysis.The control group was treated with orthopedic massage.The experimental group cooperated with Yijinjing "Tuo Tian Shi" on the basis of the control group.The control group was treated with orthopedic massage for 20 minutes every time,3 times a week,once every other day,no treatment on weekends,6 times a course,2 courses for 12 times,a total of 4 weeks,4-week follow-up after manual therapy,8 weeks in total.The orthopedic massage time of the experimental group was the same as that of the control group,Yijinjing "Tuo Tian Shi" practice 3 times a day,10 minutes a time,30 minutes a day,6 days a week for 8weeks.During 8 weeks which health education was carried out in both groups.The VAS,PPT,NDI,MCU,overall efficacy used as observation indexes in 60 patients.VAS,PPT and NDI were tested before the test,after the end of the 4th week and after the end of the 8th week;MCU was tested before the test and after the end of the 8th week;At the end of the 8th week,the overall efficacy was evaluated.Result:1.VAS Score(1)Comparison within the group:(1)At the end of the 4th and 8th week,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that before the test;(2)VAS score at the end of the 8th week is lower than that at the end of the 4th week;(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The VAS scores of the two groups were compared at the end of the fourth week and the end of the eighth week,the experimental group was lower than the control group,(P<0.05).2.PPT Test(1)Comparison within the group:(1)At the end of the 4th week and the 8th week,the tenderness threshold of PPT in both groups was higher than that before the test;(2)PPT score at the end of the 8th week is higher than that at the end of the 4th week,(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: Compared with PPT tenderness threshold at the end of the 4th week and the end of the 8th week,the experimental group was higher than the control group,(P<0.05).3.NDI Score(1)Comparison within the group:(1)The NDI scores of the two groups at the end of week 4 and after week 8 were lower than that before the test;(2)NDI score at the end of the 8th week is lower than that at the end of the 4th week,(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:Compared with the NDI of the two groups at the end of the fourth week and the end of the eighth week,the experimental group was lower than the control group,(P<0.05).4.MCU Assessment(1)Evaluation of cervical vertebra activity:After the end of the test cycle,the cervical vertebra mobility of the two groups was improved compared with that before the test,(P<0.05).The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,(P<0.05).(2)Evaluation of the function of cervical maximum muscle strength:After the end of the test cycle,the comparison within the two groups showed that the maximum muscle strength function of cervical spine in the two groups was improved compared with that before the test,(P < 0.05).Through the comparison between groups,the improvement degree of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and there is significant difference between the groupst,(P<0.05).5.Overall efficacy.(1)In the control group,the total effective rate was 85.19% and the cure rate was18.52%.(2)The total effective rate of the test group was 96.00% and the cure rate was 64.00%.(3)The therapeutic effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Simple orthopedic massage and combination of orthopedic massage and Yijinjing "Tuo Tian Shi" can alleviate symptoms,relieve pain,increase the tenderness threshold,improve the cervical function,and effectively prevent and treat cervical spondylosis of cervical type.2.The effect of orthosis massage combined with Yijinjing "Tuo Tian Shi" is better than that of simple manipulation.3.Practice of Yijinjing "Tuo Tian Shi" can relieve pain to a certain extent,improve the threshold of tenderness,improve the function of cervical spine,and treat cervical spondylosis of cervical type. |
