Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Cervical-waist Conjugate Massage Combined With Electric Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis (neck Type)

Background:By observing the NPQ score,vas visual simulation score,clinical efficiency and recurrence rate of cervical spondylosis treated by cervical and lumbar conjugate massage combined with electroacup uncture,the curative effect of cervical and lumbar conjugate massagec ombined with electroacupuncture was preliminarily evaluated.Methods:72 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Six of them concealed acupuncture related treatment one week ago,and six of them were excluded.Five of them fell off.Finally,31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were obtained;the treatment group was treated with cervical and lumbar conjugate massage combined with electroacupuncture as the intervention means,and the control group was treated with common massage combined with electroacupuncture as the intervention means;10 days was a course of treatment,one day off after one course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.NPQ score and vas visual simulation sc-ore were evaluated before and after treatment respectively,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated comprehensively after treatment.The patients were followed up within 3months after treatment to evaluate the recurrence rate.Results:(1)Comparison between the groups: the improvement of NPQ score in the treatment group is statistically significant compared with that in the ordinary massage combined with Electroacupuncture(P < 0.05);the improvement of vas visual simulation score in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the difference in the overall clinical efficiency evaluation is not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the recurrence rate in the neck waist conjugate massage combined with electroacupuncture group is lower than that in the ordinary massage combined with electroacupuncture group(P<0.05),long-term The curative effect is good.(2)Comparison within the two groups:NPQ score and vas visual simulation score were improved before and after treatment in the two groups,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions:(1)The combination of cervical and lumbar conjugate massage and electroacupuncture can significantly improve the overall symptoms and life functions of cervical spondylosis and relieve the pain of cervical spondylosis.(2)The long-term recurrence rate of cervical spondylosis treated by cervical spine conjugate massage combined with electroacupuncture is low.
