| Purpose:Making the assessment of acupuncture with massage’s safety science and objective with the neck type of cervical spondylosis and discusses the mechanism of this method to treat neck type of cervical spondylosis, and the problem of operating methods provide clinical basis for clinical application.Method: This study with 72 cases in October 2013 to December 2014 in Changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital to study the diagnosis of neck type of cervical spondylosis patients, according to the principle of random sampling divided the patients into the treatment group and control group, treatment group treated by acupuncture and massage therapy, control group adopts traditional Chinese medicine “XunXi II”and cupping therapy for treatment. Evaluation of two groups of patients before and after treatment of cervical pain assessment and grading and observe its clinical effect.Result:Results show that before the treatment, the treatment group and control group in the two groups of patients age, gender, the degree of pain, illness severity of no statistical significance(P > 0.05), data comparable. After treatment, two groups of patients in the PRI, VAS, PPI these three aspects are obviously improved, but the treatment group improved effect is better than the control group(P < 0.05), suggesting acupuncture is the cave with clip ridge hole and massage for the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis has good curative effect. After treatment, the overall conditions were significantly improved in both groups. Treatment group cure rate was 61.11%, effective rate was 61.11%, control group cure rate was 41.67%, effective rate of 83.33%, after chi-square test, the effectiveness of treatment group is higher than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture with massage’s effect is good, has a certain clinical significance, is worth popularization and application in the clinical practice. |
