Research backgroundCervical spondylosis has become a common and frequently occurring disease,which has become an important public health problem.To improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis has become an important task of modern medicine.In this study,through further systematic observation,comparison,summary,analysis and research,to explore which can improve clinical efficacy,relieve the suffering of the patients and methods for treatment of cervical spondylosis and feasible,in order to adapt to the construction of a harmonious society in China and improve the national physique,improve the happiness index of the demand,to expand the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture method and way for appropriate,contribute to the scientific development of traditional Chinese medicine.Study ObjectiveThai massage at present in the world is not many,the traditional technique to traditional Indian medicine and yoga in hundreds of years by numerous masters still be handed down from age to age.The modern Thai massage,in the world of its unique style is not understood,I think through the introduction of Thai massage characteristics and evaluation to observe the coordination neck three needle for treatment of cervical spondylosis in Thailand traditional therapy,which is a scientific theory of strong,is also a kind of a play the people in Thailand Society informal skillsMethodsThis clinical study with the Thai massage group during the study period a total of 60 cases included in the study process in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion and exclusion criteria of hoof selected cases,60 cases were qualified neck type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 30 cases of the control group(neck three needles),the treatment group of 30 cases(neck three needles with Thai massage),according to the proportion of 1:1.Two groups of patients with the same points,using different methods,the treatment group and the control group were treated once a day,3 times a week,2 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous 2 courses of treatment.Observation of curative effect after 2 courses.After the end of treatment,the two groups of patients were assessed by NPQ and McGill questionnaire,so as to determine the curative effect.ResultsThe total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups,the baseline data between two groups were comparable(P>0.05),two groups of patients with the general situation of distribution,study is scientific and credibility.1.McGill scores:the McGill scores of the patients in the two group s were comparable(P>0.05)before the treatment.After 2 courses of trea tment,the treatment group and the control group McGill scores were deer eased,clinical symptoms were alleviated,neck function recovery and nec k pain relief and improve sleep.The scores of PRI,VAS,PPI and CASCS i n the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Thai massage significantly relieve the clinical symptom s of patients with cervical spondylosis,recovery is helpful to the loca 1 function of patients.Thai massage method improve the patients with th e neck type of cervical spondylosis has significant curative effect.2.NPQ Questionnaire score:before treatment,the NPQ scores of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the t reatment group and the control group NPQ scores were decreased,clinical symptoms were alleviated,the treatment group was significantly lower t han the control group(P<0.05).Thai massage significantly relieve the c linical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,more help to imp rove the local function of patients.3.Comparison of the clinical efficacy:After 2 courses of treatment,there were 3 cured cases(10.00%),25 effective cases(83.330%)and 2 in valid cases(6.67%)in the treatment group.However,there was 1 cured c ase(3.33%),24 effective cases(80.00%)and 5 invalid cases(16.67%)in the control group.The total efficacy rate in the treatment group was 93.33%.In the control group,total efficacy rate was just 83.33%.The ef ficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical research through statistical analysis indicated that the neck three needle acupuncture combined with Thai massage therapy for further clinical investigation,to observe the curative effect in the treatment of disease of cervical spondylosis,to explore a path for neck type cervical spondylosis an effective standard on neck three needles,provide an objective basis for further better clinical treatment of cervical vertebra disease.The expected neck three needles combined with Thai massage treatment of cervical spondylosis of the curative effect will be compared with the control group because the Thai massage has obvious fatigue,relax muscles,regulating emotions,improve sleep,in addition to the muscle damage,gout,inflammation has obvious curative effect.This study hope for Thai massage at home and abroad in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and various diseases,develop the performance characteristics of Thailand medical therapy.
