Objective : This research adopts randomized clinical research methods, to improve the situation objectively quantified oblique pulling manipulation on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation waist pain in patients with and life ability by JOA score, VAS score, and the use of spinal multi-function testing and training system(Tergumed) were detected before and after lumbar function on patients with lumbar disc herniation, analysis effect of oblique pulling manipulation on patients with lumbar disc herniation of lumbar activity and lumbar muscle strength, to provide the theoretical basis for the massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to improve the clinical curative effect better. Methods: 60 cases met the inclusion criteria of protrusion of the intervertebral disc, according to randomized clinical research methods, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the treatment group used oblique pulling manipulation therapy, the control group treated by massage and traction method, 1 time per day, and7 days asone course of treatment, the end of the treatment, rest for 1 day, a total of 2 courses of treatment. JOA score, VAS score, Tergumed detector respectively before and after the treatment. The obtained data were statistically analyzed, measurement data with( x ±s) said, by t test or analysis of variance, count data usingχ2 test, by P<0.05(bilateral) for the difference had statistical significance.Results:1.Intra-group comparison :Comparison of treatment group and control group before and after treatment, the lumbar vertebral function significantly improved, JOA score, pain score of VAS, Tergumed detection of lumbar flexion, extension, lateral flexion maximum strength compared with those before treatment, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison between two groups:(1) JOA scores were compared before treatment: treatment group compared with the control group, P>0.05, no significant difference compared with the control group;after treatment, the difference of the two groups had statistical significance,P<0.05.(2) Comparison of pain VAS score before treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, P>0.05, no significant difference compared with the control group; after treatment, the difference of the two groups had statistical significance,P<0.05.(3) Tergumed detection of lumbar flexion, extension, lateral flexion maximum strength comparison: before treatment, comparison of the two groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference,P>0.05;after treatment, the difference of the two groups had statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion : 1The oblique pulling manipulation significantly improves the ability of the patients with lumbar disc herniation symptoms, signs and daily life, and superior traction method.2The oblique pulling manipulation to improve pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation symptoms, reduce the pain threshold obviously superior to traction method.3Maximum strength oblique pulling manipulation in improving patients with lumbar flexion, extension, lateral flexion were superior to traction method.4 This research through the activity of the JOA score were observed before and after treatment, pain VAS score, Tergumed detection of lumbar flexion, extension, lateral flexion and maximum muscle strength change, think that the oblique pulling manipulation can significantly improve patients with lumbar disc herniation of the lumbar spine function.
