Objective: To study the effects of cytokines IL-4,IL-13,inf-y,TSLP and nasal mucosa tslp in nasal lavage fluid.Methods: Using OVA sensitized rats,the AR model was copied,after successful and divided into 2 groups,AR Group and ar+,respectively,ar+ nasal drops in the AR model group on the basis of the addition of Xin Yi nasal drops nasal drops,and another group of healthy rats,intraperitoneal injection of saline solution.After successful model replication,the nasal lavage fluid and nasal mucosa were taken,the nasal lavage fluid was detected by Elisa,and the contents of IL-4,IL-13,Ifn-r and TSLP were detected,and the content of TSLP was detected by Immunohistochemistry.Results:Elisa method: The relative expression of ifn-r in the nasal lavage fluid of the healthy group was the lowest.The expression of ifn-r in AR Group and ar+ Group was obviously higher than that in AR group and the relative expression of ar+ in nasal drops.From tables six to VIII,the relative expression of IL-4,IL-13 and TSLP in the nasal lavage fluid of the healthy rats without using any drugs was the lowest.The expression of IL-4,IL-13 and TSLP in AR rats and ar+ were significantly elevated,but the relative expression of AR Rats was higher than that in rats treated by Xin Yi nasal drops.In each index,the ar+ nasal drops and the other two groups were compared with each other,p value was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Immunohistochemical method: The TSLP infiltration in the nasal mucosa of healthy rats was very few,the TSLP infiltration of the nasal mucosa of AR Group was the most,and the TSLP infiltration was decreased after the compound nasal drops,but the number of TSLP infiltration was still high relative to the healthy rats.Conclusion: Xinyi nasal drops can promote the high expression of anti inflammatory factor-ifn-r mRNA in AR rats.Inhibiting the secretion of cytokine IL-4,IL-13 and TSLP in AR rats,and reducing the infiltration of TSLP cytokines in the nasal mucosa of ar rats;the nasal drops can effectively relieve the symptoms of AR rats,To lay a foundation for further study of compound Xinyi nasal drops and preclinical study of new drug development.
