The Study Of Wendan Tablets In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (Phlegm Heat Disturbance Syndrome) Clinical Curative Effect Observation

ObjectiveThrough clinical research, we evaluated Wendan tablets in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (phlegm heat disturbance C) clinical efficacy and safety objectively.MethodSelection met the inclusion criteria in patients with a total of60cases, the cases were divided into30cases in the control group and the treatment group of30cases at random, The control group was given two (1, bid) oral treatment, the treatment group was given Wendan sheet (4, TID) treatment, were observed for6weeks in two groups before and after treatment, evaluation of the Hamilton anxiety, Chinese medicine clinical symptom score and depression scale, the electrocardiogram and the function of liver and kidney, and the evaluation of Wendan piece of safety and compliance sex。Result1. The Hamilton anxiety scale comparison of efficacy, the two groups before and after treatment, after2weeks, the control group HAMA integral was decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and after4weeks, HAMA points of the treatment group were decreased than those before treatment significantly,(P<0.05), after6weeks the statistics, the total effective rate in treatment group was88.4%, the total efficiency of the control group was91.7%, two groups of the total efficiency of treatment and the integral of significant were difference.(P>0.05)2. Comparison of curati ve effect of TCM syndrome integral, After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was92.3%, the total effective rate in control group was91.6%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). In two groups after the treatment, symptom scores were significantly reduced, and before treatment integral difference had statistical sense (P<0.05). After treatment in treatment group symptom integral was reduced amplitude greater than that of the control group after treatment, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups before and after treatment integral variation were compared with statistical significance (P<0.05).3. The treatment group of the individual symptoms of TCM Syndrome especially were confused in mind, anxiety, insomnia and dreaminess, dry mouth pain than control group decreased more significantly, in two groups after the treatment, changes in values compared with statistical significance (P<0.05); two groups after the treatment, changes in value of other symptoms were not statistically significant (P>0.05).4. After the treatment, the treatment group the incidence of adverse reactions was6.7%, the control group the incidence of adverse reactions was33.3%, the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, the control group adverse reactions mainly in insomnia, dry mouth, constipation, and mild tremor. With the extension of time for patients taking medications, renal function of patients was not significantly lower, no obvious changes in electrocardiogram.Conclusion1.Wendan tablets could improve clinical symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder (Phlegm heat disturbance syndrome), was the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and effective method.2. Wendan piece could be improved in patients with generalized anxiety disorder (Phlegm heat disturbance syndrome)especially TCM Syndrome Differentiation for syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally in patients with clinical symptoms, in improving patient be confused in mind, anxiety, insomnia and dreaminess, dry mouth bitter aspect prominent curative effect.3. Effect of Wendan tablets can be taken for a long time, no serious adverse reactions were found, the good safety.
