The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Wangyou Ningshen Decoction To Patients With Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective:This research aims at evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety of Wangyou Ningshen Decoction in patients with generalized anxiety disorder,by observing the changes of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,TCM syndrome score and other indicators before and after treatment.Methods:This research adopts the randomized controlled research method.A total of 67 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were included,which were randomly divided into 33 cases in the observation group and 34 in the control group.The observation group was treated with Wangyou Ningshen decoction combined with Pa Rossi Dean therapy,and the control group was given the Pa Rossi Dean.The cure of treatment for both two groups are four weeks.To evaluate curative efficacy and safety of Wangyou Ningshen decoctionare by observing the two groups of patients'changes of Hamilton anxiety scale and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment and using Clinical manifestation,Liver and Kidney function.ECG as the security index.Results:1.A total of 67 cases were included in this study,61 of which completed clinical observation,and 3 cases were lost in observation group and control group,with a total shedding rate of 8.95%.2.(1)In the two groups,there was a statistical significance(P<0.01)in the comparison of TCM syndromes and HAMA scores before and after treatment.After treatment,there was significant difference between the TCM syndromes and HAMA scores in the treatment group(P<0.01).(2)The main symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,two groups of irritability,headache,chest tightness,abdominal distension,hung up red eyes,bitter and dry mouth,dizziness and tinnitus symptoms were compared between the two groups,P<0.01,there are significant differences;there was a marked improvement in other symptoms,but between group comparison,P>0.05,no statistical significance.(3)The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.2%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0,05).3.During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the observation group.2 cases of adverse events were found in the control group,1 were dry mouth,1 was nausea,and the incidence was 6.5%;there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events in the two groups(P>0.05).And before and after treatment,there were no abnormal changes in liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram in the two groups.Conclusion:Wangyou Ningshen decoction combined with Pa Rossi Dean on clinical syndrome of qi depression transforming into fire of generalized anxiety disorder curative effect,can effectively improve the irritability,chest tightness,abdominal distension,headache,red eyes,hung up bitter and dry mouth,dizziness tinnitus and other symptoms.And it shows no obvious untoward effective,and actually proves to be favorably safe.
