Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Type With Modified Xiao Yao San

Objectives Observed the effect of modified Xiaoyaosan in the treatment of general anxiety disorder patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type,and to verify the efficacy of modified Xiaoyaosan.Methods 85 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(42cases)were treated with modified xiaoyaosan,and 43 cases in control group were treated with Shuganjieyu capsule.Both groups were observed for 42 days.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment on the 7th,14 th,28th,and 42 th days on HAMA,TCM,SAS,and TESS and safety observations.Observe and record the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the changes in the above indicators,and evaluate the effectiveness of the nodes at different times.Results 1 Experimental completion:of the 85 patients included in the study,5 were shedding cases(2 in the treatment group and 3 in the control group).80 were observed and the shedding rate was 5.9%.2 HAMA points:the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85% and 80%,respectively,Statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,which was statistically significant.(P<0.05).3 TCM syndrome points:the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.5% and 80%,respectively,Statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4 SAS scores:the SAS score was 39.93±3.58 in the treatment group and 42.43±6.19 in the control group after the 42 nd day;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 Side effects:the incidence of side effects was 2.5% in the treatment group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.5%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was safer.Conclusions Modified Xiaoyaosan can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of patients with generalized anxiety disorder of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,especially for the improvement of impatience,irritability,anxiety and tension,upset,noisy and acid-swallowing,not wanting to eat,loose stools,defecation and other aspects are more prominent.with good middle and long term effect,low incidence of side reactions,and good safety.
