| PurposeTo explore the clinical effect of JiaweiWaili Decoction on damp-heat-block anal pruritus with a view to providing a positive and popularized method for more effective treatment of anal pruritus,relieving symptoms of anal pruritus,reducing recurrence rate and complications,and improving its quality of life.Materials and methods60 patients with anal pruritus were included according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The treatment group was divided into treatment group and control group by1:1 proportion.The treatment group was smoked and washed with Jiawei Waili decoction(dafengzi 15g?mubiezi 15 g?baizhi 30g?baifan 15g?shechuangzi 30g?difuzi 30g?leigongteng15g).The control group was coated with Parissone at the perianal skin pruritus.The first visit,the degree of anal pruritus on the day of the end of the course of treatment,the local examination of anus,the duration of anal pruritus,the frequency of anal pruritus attack,the score of anxiety and depression,and the quality of life score of skin diseases were recorded respectively.After the end of the course of treatment,statistical software was used to SPSS21.0 the relevant statistical analysis,and the difference of curative effect after treatment was compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment,sex,age,degree of anal of anus,duration of anal pruritus,frequency of anal pruritus attack,anxiety and depression score,and quality of life score of dermatosis between the two groups(P>0.05).the two groups were comparable.At the end of the treatment group,the P values were less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment group had a significant effect on damp-heat stagnation type of anal pruritus,anal pruritus duration,anal pruritus frequency and skin quality of life score 0.05,compared with the local anal examination,anxiety and depression score P values were greater than 0.05.After the end of the course of treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared: by statistical analysis,the P values were less than 0.05,while the P values were greater than 0.05 when compared with the degree of anal pruritus and the duration of anal pruritus.It can be seen that the treatment group has obvious improvement effect on the degree of anal pruritus,the local examination of anus,the duration of itching,the frequency of itching occurrence,the condition of anxiety and depression,and the quality of life of skin disease.In the control group,the degree of anal itching was prolonged,the frequency of itching occurred,and the skin disease occurred The living quality has the obvious improvement effect,does not have the improvement effect to the anal local specialized examination condition,the anxiety depression condition.It can be seen that the overall effect of Jiawei Wali decoction is better than that of Parison.There were 9 cured cases,9 significant cases and 1 effective case in the treatment group 1case,1 invalid case,5 cured cases,6 effective cases,14 effective cases,5 ineffective cases,60%effective rate,96.67% effective rate,36.67% effective rate,83.33% effective rate in control group,and 0.05 P< by rank sum test in both groups.It can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.After 2 months follow-up,29 patients in the treatment group,2 cases of recurrence,25 cases in the control group,7 cases of recurrence,6.9% in the treatment group,28% in the control group,P by chi-square test <0.05.It can be seen that the treatment group is better than the control group in the control of long-term recurrence symptoms.ConclusionJiawei Wali decoction has remarkable curative effect on damp-heat block anal pruritus,which is safe and effective,and the therapeutic effect is obviously better than that of Parison.not only relieve symptoms,but also reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients,which can be popularized and applied in clinic. |
