| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Baihu shaking head acupuncture at acupoints in the diaphragm area for treatment of stubborn hiccups with qi stagnation.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the standard from December 2018 to November 2019 in the acupuncture department,spleen and stomach department and internal medicine outpatient department of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.The 60 cases were randomly divided into groups,and 30 cases in each group were divided into treatment groups and Control group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with Baihu shaking head acupuncture,and the acupuncture point was selected as the diaphragm area;the control group was given intramuscular injection of metoclopramide hydrochloride injection;the patients in the 2 groups were treated once a day,and 6 times a day During the course of treatment,the curative effect was counted after 6 days of continuous treatment.Before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated using the Wang’s score table 5 and the hiccup syndrome change score table to observe the reduction of the hiccup syndrome and the improvement of the patient’s mental,sleep and appetite before and after treatment.At the same time,the patient hiccups for the first time during treatment The period of time when the symptom is reduced or disappeared is the onset time,and the efficacy evaluation before and after treatment is performed.The collected data is statistically analyzed using spss23.0software.Results:Among the collected cases,1 case was excluded from the treatment group,2 cases were excluded from the control group,and 57 cases were finally completed.The general information of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).1.Comparison of onset time: Comparing the average onset time of the two groups of patients,the two groups of patients have significant differences(P <0.05).The average onset time of the treatment group is short,which is better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After a course of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group reached 96.55%,and the effective rate of the control group was 78.57%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of diet,sleep and mental status scores: There was no difference in diet,sleep and mental status scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable;the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment Significant difference(P<0.01),the treatment methods used by the treatment group and the control group were effective in improving the appetite,sleep,and mental state of the patients;after comparing the appetite scores of the two groups of patients,the appetite scores of the two groups were different(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the appetite of the patients;comparing the mental status scores of the two groups of patients after treatment,the mental status scores of the two groups are different(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better in improving the mental status of the patients The controlgroup was effective;after comparing the sleep scores of the two groups of patients,the sleep scores of the two groups were different(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the sleep of the patients.Conclusion:The Baihu shaking head acupuncture at the diaphragm area points group is superior to the metoclopramide hydrochloride injection group in terms of onset time,clinical efficacy,and improvement of patients’ diet,sleep,and mental state. |
