| Objective: The main purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of white tiger shaking head acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke aphasia,to verify the clear clinical efficacy and advantages of Baihu shaking head acupuncture method,to guide the treatment of clinical stroke aphasia,and to increase clinical practice.Treatment means improve the efficacy.And provide a basis for clinical acupoints of the disease.Originally from the ancient literature "Golden Needle",the white tiger shaking head method is a classical flying and acupuncture method.Xu Feng recorded in the "Golden Needle" : "White Tiger shakes his head,like a rattle,retreating into a circle,and then turning it around."Methods: 82 cases of stroke aphasia were collected.These patients were from the Department of Acupuncture and Encephalopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were included in the diagnosis of TCM syndrome type and clinical diagnosis of Western medicine.They were ranked according to the medical record number and then disrupted.The two groups were divided equally,8cases in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group.During the test period,the two groups of patients must receive the same amount of conventional treatment.33 patients in the treatment group were treated with white tiger shaking head and language rehabilitation training.Selection points(Baihui,dumb door,Fengfu,Jinjin Yuye,Lianquan,Neiguan,Tongli,Quanquan,Weizhong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Yongquan,Taixi,hanging clock),after routine disinfection A disposable sterile acupuncture needle produced by Guizhou Andi Pharmaceuticals Co.,Ltd.was selected.Patients take appropriate position,expose the acupuncture site,routine disinfection,use Andy brand 0.25 ×(40-70)mm needle,avoid blood vessels and pores,select the appropriate acupuncture depth according to the unused points.After the above acupuncture points were obtained,the needle was left for 30 minutes,and the needle was applied once every 10 minutes for 2 minutes.One treatment per day,one day of treatment for 6 days is a course of treatment,and it isnecessary to adhere to treatment for 5 courses.The control group was trained by a professional speech therapist to standardize the language rehabilitation training.The Schuell stimulation method was selected from easy to difficult,and the “one-to-one” treatment was adopted step by step.Both groups of patients should be treated according to the doctor's care,eat on time,can not overeating,work on time,maintain a peace of mind,regular life,and actively cooperate with treatment.At the end of the treatment,the patient's speech function scores were tested against the score scale and compared with the scores before treatment.Results: Before the treatment,statistical software was used to test the age distribution and gender difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference.After five treatments,the language scores including conversation,rehearsal,naming,and understanding were statistically significant(p<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group,the CFCP score,spontaneous conversation,rehearsal,naming,and comprehension scores were also statistically different,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Baihu shaking head acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training for stroke aphasia is a feasible method with good curative effect and simple and safe operation.Compared with simple language function training,it can significantly improve the oral expression of patients.The score is worthy of further clinical research validation and promotion. |
